The office staff has always been polite, helpful and efficient. The maintenance personnel, for some reason, take a lot of pictures but don’t accomplish much without being prodded along. Too often they ask for a 4 hour window and then don’t show up at all and don’t call.

My renting experience with JBL Associates has been great. There was one incident that I didn’t quite understand or agree with but overall, I’m glad I rented with them for my first apartment in town.

IMC Real Estate JBL Associates have been attentive and have even sent maintenance to fix problems on weekends and after hours. They are always willing to work with me for maintenance requests and my demanding schedule.
