Charles and Doris were both in for hearing aids in April of 2025 with Cory Myren. They feel they have paid everything in full and was confirmed by the clinic. Both patients are being billed $700 for remaining services that were not covered by insurance and a waiver was signed at the time of service. The services were reviewed by the coder and charges are appropriate. The patients deny payment as being under the assumption and confirmation with the clinic that all services for the hearing aids were paid in full and feels now being double billed.
