She states she drove an hour to get here with sick kiddos in the car just to be turned away at check in due to receptionist advising insurance with Home State Health was out of network. I checked with insurance specialist Deby Miller and she confirmed insurance is in network. Patient mother also stated she contacted Home State Health and insurance is in-network.
