Lindsay called and wanted to know why she received a bill for $1599.60. Explained to patient the current statement was for the providers services for her procedure on 04/09/26. The patient stated she was told all she had to pay was $4110.49 to St. Mary's on the date of service. Lindsay said no one made mention of her receiving bills for the provider's services. Patient was angry and would like someone from the clinic to contact her concerning this matter.
