I brought my 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander in to have the hood replaced as it fluttered at highway speeds. There was no doubt about the issue, the parts were ordered. I received a loaner, and when I went to pick up my vehicle, it looked fabulous and was detailed. On my ride home I was very happy, no fluttering, that was on a Friday. Saturday we had pretty good winds, I went for a drive to see what would happen . I took it up to 71mph with the wind whipping around, and low and behold, she stayed in place. I am grateful that Jeff D'Ambrosio's took the time to fix my issue. I must say I am elated. I am hopeful the hood will continue to stay in place.

I called to make an appt and was able to get one at the time I was looking for.I am neutral on the environment and I didn’t stay to use the waiting area.The service advisor was nice and polite. I cannot attest to her knowledge as she didn’t really explain anything to me. She never provided updates until I called twice. She also advised her email was down so I needed to email My registration to another email.I used to have much better services with previous advisors.Took entirely too long for my vehicle to be ready for pick upOverall the communication was poor which happened the last time I took my vehicle there for service. Both times is took longer than expected and I was following up instead of being provided updates. The only explanation I received was that the walk in appts that were waiting were placed in front of me because I said I would drop it off and come back to get it when it was done. I don’t think that is ok if it is going to take longer than I was advised. Maybe tell the walkins they are going to have to wait or they should have made an appt. The lack of timeliness caused me to reschedule an appt because I didn’t have transportation in time.I don’t have any additional comments

Juan was an outstanding service advisor. He made sure I was updated and aware what was going on with my car. He communicated with me and I felt at ease with him handling my car.I was treated so well there. Everyone listened to what was going on with the car. I was in and out with a rental in no time
