Making the appt was not the problemHad the car in twice and serviceanager didn’t communicate with me at all and kept car longer than promised without warning or an explanationService area different than sales and people were not helpfulTerrible experienceAfter keeping the car longer than i was told and without any communication to me on pick up time etc it would have been a very nice gesture to have it washedI have been a long time customer (over 15 years). I will never go back after this experience. Service manager had horrible communication skills and no respect for my time or the fact that I had to be able to shuttle around kids with no car or idea of when I will be getting it back. He never reviewed what they did tp my car or what the oil level was after fixing (it was low on oil) so now I have to take it to a mechanic to figure out that.No explanation on what was done or how the vehicle wasDidn’t offer me any sort of transportation even after keeping my car overnight.
