This is the second car I have purchased from this dealership. All work on my car is done by them as I know they do a thorough job and always keep me in the loop on what needs to be done, the associated cost, etc.The service people and the salesmen I worked with for my cars were always gentlemen and there was no over the top pressure. That is hard to find in the car buying world.They are wonderful and very accommodating. I needed to get in before the storm as my wipers were not working correctly.They squeezed me in and got me in and out within an hour!

Additional cost of tire rotation.I wanted an appointment during the week but could only schedule for the weekend. I was told that there were no oil changes being done after 5.pm. It's hard to get there because I don't get off until 4:30 pm.The price fir a oil change is kind of outrageous even with coupons. Tire rotation was no charge now its 25.00.

I was really taken back by the credit card fee. Most people don't have $2000 to spare at the moment to pay in cash. Ashley and Samantha (not sure if I have names correct) were super friendly and helpful.The two women in service department were so great. Kept me informed and super friendly. I just needed a bulb replaced on front driver side and the cost was almost $1400!!! Seemed completely overpriced. I've bought and leased several cars here and wasn't expecting that but that aside the people that work there were really great. Also was surprised at time of payment (over $2000 with issue of front camera too), they told me there was a 3% credit card fee too.

Service department should listen and hear what the customer is saying.One of your employees caused the problem you were willing to fix the problem, but it took a couple weeks to fix the problem.Mr. Jeff D’Ambrosio and Miss Rose Dambrosio, a 10 for looking into the problem and having it resolved.
