Thank you for your professional services. I just left a note in the prior box.Everything was almost good. The reason that I gave 9/10, not 10/10, is that when I was scheduling online, I left a note about a service that needed warranty coverage. Seems that nobody saw that message because when I got to the service center, the person behind the counter told me this issue needs diagnosis, and we just do it on Monday and Friday from early in the morning.

they met me right at the door after i pulled into service pay.checked in quick then customer lounge has water and coffee plus tv and wifi,so the wait was no problem.
