The reason that I gave 9/10, not 10/10, is that when I was scheduling online, I left a note about a service that needed warranty coverage. Seems that nobody saw that message because when I got to the service center, the person behind the counter told me this issue needs diagnosis, and we just do it on Monday and Friday from early in the morning.
