Online scheduling didn’t work I had to callI got one text when I dropped my car off . Never got updates . Never responded to my text if my car was ready at scheduled time of 1pmI never got a call or text that my car was ready for pick up . Scheduled to be picked up at 1 pm I arrived at 4 pm no one had my paper work and couldn’t find my car keys . My car was outside so we knew service was done . After finding the paperwork still couldn’t find keys took 20 minutes . There is always issues with the service department . Service techs are great work is good

We would like to have the service advisor go over the services performed and provide related result documents.The service manager, Mitchell, was very friendly and responsive to our questions. We appreciate his assistance. However, he failed to provide at the service center, the document showing the result of our 4 wheel alignment. We had to call back to request a copy, which he promptly provided via email.

N/ATires were checked. Couldn’t find the problems. Still occurring.N/aI have to go back because the initial visit I asked to check the tires because they are deflating. No I have to go back and see what’s going on with the tire.
