PromptEverything fine2024 Mitsubishi Outlander comes with 3 services included in the purchase. Service writer was under educated with the process and what comes with the product. Wrote up what should have been included and added charges that were N/A with my specific vehicleCalled as a follow up to ask when or what is the service schedule with this specific vehicle. No one had an answer and were to get back to me. Call back never happened. Techs just don’t know.Education needs to be priority with techsPromptService was very good not perfect.Again many multi task items makes it hard to be perfect.
