Like I said this was our 1st visit to service Dept. The young lady kept me informed about what was going on by phone. And We did everything that was recommended by the service dept. Other than the 30min drive from the Dayton Mall area, The service workers were great.I had to drive 30 minutes to get to this dealer ship. 1st time being there sense Jack Walker inc sold to a Toyota Dealership.

Stop contacting me! This definitely doesn’t help! When I checked in I specifically said that I needed the oil change and other things were not an option at this time! Yet they continued to try and upsell. Maybe your staff can just listen to the customers upon their arrival! It’s frustrating when this was communicated in the beginning but it was just not taken into consideration after

I am permanently dissatisfied with the dealership as a whole. The service dept is great. But the entire Schmitt auto group and mitsubishi can be sure I'll never buy from them again.Service dept and employees in service are a fantastic group of employees. The rest of the dealership is a fraud.The service dept is great. The sales dept at both mitsubishi and Chevy are are con artists and I won't ever trust them again. Some features of my vehicle were key selling points for me to buy. I recently found out unless I purchase the mitsubishi app they are deactivated. Ill never buy another mitsubishi ever.

Good people, excellent service. In three more years I will be experiencing the sales process with them.I am giving this rating because I have not used any other dealer services besides the service department, which is very good.
