Only small issue was found one tire missing tire cap Other than tha flawless customer serviceSales rep Collin was the best and sales manager Joey was very accommodating to making trade and deal happen. Best dealership experience I’ve had after buying 10 cars in my life.

Like I said this was our 1st visit to service Dept. The young lady kept me informed about what was going on by phone. And We did everything that was recommended by the service dept. Other than the 30min drive from the Dayton Mall area, The service workers were great.I had to drive 30 minutes to get to this dealer ship. 1st time being there sense Jack Walker inc sold to a Toyota Dealership.

Stop contacting me! This definitely doesn’t help! When I checked in I specifically said that I needed the oil change and other things were not an option at this time! Yet they continued to try and upsell. Maybe your staff can just listen to the customers upon their arrival! It’s frustrating when this was communicated in the beginning but it was just not taken into consideration after
