Drivers side front hubcap was not fully installed. I stopped for gas after leaving the dealership, and noticed/corrected the hubcap.Car makes a whistling noise from passenger side door/window when driven at highway speeds. Took video of issue to aid troubleshoot. Mechanic could not hear noise and "tried everything they could". Car still makes noise. I paid $187 diagnostic fee, and issue remains.

The filter on my SUV was getting dirty and asked if I wanted to replace it that day which I said yes, and also I do not drive that much so gave me the option of re-charging the battery which I said yes due to weather getting cold. I liked that they asked me first before doing any work. Very honest and I appreciate it.When I took my SUV in for routine service everyone was pleasant and kept me informed about my vehicle. I feel comfortable coming to the service department knowing my vehicle is in good hands.

I think your sales representative are to be commended for their thoughtfulness towards prospective customers.They offer help but don't continually hound people like many places do. I really appreciated that. I cannot think of anything the people I had contact with could have done better. My experience was pleasant, stress free and I could not be more pleased with your dealership or my new car. Thank you.I really appreciated the fact that your sales representatives welcomed me and asked if I needed assistance. When I said no, I'm just looking, they were very gracious and said just ask if you have any questions. I was left alone until I asked for help. Colin was the sales person that helped me and patiently listened to all my questions and concerns about purchasing a plug in hybrid. He spent a great deal of time explaining the specific details of the Outlander that I liked and pretty much convinced me that it was a very reliable vehicle that would meet my expectations and last a life time if taken care of properly. I decided to purchase the vehicle and after going through the financing process etc. we returned to the vehicle and Colin proceeded to go through some of the features of the Outlander. He would have stayed there explaining things all night if necessary, but it was getting late and I needed to head home. Upon returning to pick up my car, again Colin spent a good bit of time making sure I understood all the features and could carry out whatever was required to operate the car, charge it and maintain it. He was very cordial and knowledgeable and I felt comfortable and confident that I had made the right decision in purchasing the car fromthe Schmidt Auto Group.
