I am NOT dissatisfied!!!Just unexpected time for service! I was told by recall notice it would take only 30 minutes, at the most!The service took closer to 90 minutesI wish they had a dealership in Columbus, Ohio!Nicole and Ethan were very courteous!Distance from home!

I was told the recall would take 30 minutes to fix. They also patched a tire and I was there 2.5 hours.It is difficult to find the service center.She was very rude and disrespectful. I would not go back to that location because of her.The front desk lady did not want to give me the $20 discount she told me I would get when I got there and she added on a random $10 service fee. She was also very rude about it.
