Ethan Mick and the Service Team were amazing! They were able to refinish a wheel that I thought was completely damaged. They made it look like a brand new wheel was installed. I really appreciate the work they put in to repair my car.Everyone is always super kind and nice in every department

The people at the dealership were great and their service was excellent!!!I wish I could have had an easier time getting directly to them, rather than spend time with the "online call center".Grant, the salesman took a lot of time with to help me find the SUV that seemed to best meet my needs!! I have never owned a Mitsubishi before!! In fact never even driven one! Bo, the sales manager was very helpful in getting all the business taken care of, including my trade-in.The agents from the online call center were not that great and they gave me some misinformation!

Pop machine was very, very loud and noisy. Made sitting in the area not so great.Both service advisors did a great job getting me checked in and out. Move the loud pop machine to another area or have it serviced.Good friendly service.

I would most definitely recommend Colin and the management team. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during the process.

Noted there was a recall and fixed it that day as part of visit. Walker knew about that recall, at first wasn't technically prepared to fix so they said, then lied about how long it would take trying to avoid doing the work. This dealership, Jeff Scmidt, noted it and said it would add about 30 minutes and fixed it same visit. Excellent service!

I was kept in the loop through all aspects of the repair and everything was explained thoroughly. Gabrielle was amazing and so knowledgeable. I would come back just because how she treated me as a customer alone.
