I think you need a handicap accessibility going into the waiting area from the service area , all u have now are steps and to go thru the showroom is longer and what ramp you have is very steep and a customer could fall going up or down it.

I forgot to ask for a car wash. It would have been nice to have the car washed to remove salt residue.Two or three visits ago I wasn't happy about being charged to replace the oil pan drain plug, when your service department is the only place that has been changing my oil and had touched the oil pan drain plug. The prior service had been at your facility.This visit the service department people have changed since then, so I am quite happy with your current staff.I was amazed at how well the service department manager, Gabrielle Tarhan, tried to match the service coupon for the complete oil change service. I left the Mitsubishi coupons with her showing the difference in the coupon discount between Jeff Schmitt Mitsubisihi and Walker Mitsubishi.Additionally, the Mitsubishi service coupons were expiring at the end of August and Ethan was able to get my car in for service on the last Friday. Totally awesome! Far exceeded my expectations. I wasn't concerned about how long it took, since my car was being worked in at the last minute.Even though they weren't ready to give me my car till after 5 PM and the cashier had left, Gabrielle took my payment. She did a great job! I understand that she had been helping out for some other car's work even though she was now the service manager and no longer a technician. She is a great asset to your service department. Both Ethan and Gabrielle did an outstanding job getting my car oil changed and serviced at the last minute so I could benefit from the Mitsubishi service coupons. Ethan saved and showed me the worn condition of the serpentine belt and the dirty cabin air filter that I agreed could be replaced once found in the inspection. I was impressed that this additional work was also able to be completed the same day. I only have the highest praise for your service department. Getting everything done the same day I found amazing. Thank you!I don't have friends to recommend it to.
