Patient states his bank account got hacked and couldnt make any payments until it was resolved. During the 2 months, his claims were sent to collections.per notes on account, he stated he was going to call once his account was unfrozen and make a payment in full.now in collectly per his messages, he is saying the billing department was to pull his claims from collections. No where was that mentioned in the eCW notes.Patient also states "You can refer Back to our billing notes that stated that someone fraudulently forged your billing & charged me so my account was locked up for almost two months & they’re still trying to solve it. You guys were supposed to take it out of collections so I could pay it in the app…"

Patient had been rescheduled by clinic a few times, and she was okay with it, but when she called to cancel, she was charged a no show fee. She received a SMS message and had cancelled the appointment 2 days prior.She doesn't understand why the clinic was being so "cold" to her when it was for a mental health appointment, she doesn't believe she owes the $25.She really would like a call back ASAP.She wanted to make the payment today, to get it done and over with, but i feel like this needs to be addressed before any payment is taken.
