We had the best time! So many activities to do, my daughter didn’t want to leave! Staff was very helpful and friendly! Definitely will come back! Suggest you check it out, you won’t regret it!!!!

Activities were not on time or. Canceled. Hard to explain to toddlers. Lots of wasps. Was told you had a food truck but didn’t. Water fight on the hey ride was fun. Everyone was super nice but unorganized

The place overall was neat and clean . The dog park was muddy and difficult to get to and the wifi went out and in . There was very little grass and the rocks get everywhere. Maybe grass matting would be better for feet . . The grills should be on the outside of the counter to lesson the smoke for guests in the seating area. There is very little shade by the jump pad for parents . The website lacks current pricing so comparison in not possible . Might benefit from having a mobile vendor like snow ones or ice cream truck make a pass in a portion of the hot afternoons but for the most part it was better than some .

Always a great experience. Staff and management go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. This place always leaves my kids wanting to come back or not even wanting to return home.

Overall it was very nice. The cabin was clean but it could have been stocked better. We were told there was a coffee pot and coffee provided and there was not. Thankfully we brought our Nespresso. We had to request an outdoor table and chiminea. There was no toaster and no bakeware either. Saturday morning I went outside to have coffee and the cabin next door had set out birdseed and there were mice all over their porch and the ground by our cabin. It looked like someone staying long term or maybe staff? We saw no signs of mice at our cabin but it was a bit shocking to see. Like I said, staff was great and it was a good stay overall. Kitchen could be stocked better for sure

Great experience at Jellystone Austin North! Plenty of fun things to do there! The staff were friendly and always happy to help with anything that comes up!

Had a problem with the water being shut off for about 4 hours. I was able to get my shower in just in time my wife not as lucky. Just missed the email saying the water was going to be shut off. Wish they would tell me the daily rate at the beginning instead of waiting til you’re about to check out , where they add extra fees$$.

I loved the cabin and all the activities.

Extremely friendly staff. Facilities were clean and well kept. Activities for the children were more than we expected and enjoyed by all of us!!wish w could have stayed longer!

Beautiful park, our kids had a blast. There was lots for them to do they really enjoyed all the activities and the pool and lazy river. Would have like to seen bathhouses kept a little more there was an odor in them and they didn’t look to clean.
