Great place, great people, all around great time!!!

Mice in the boo boo cabins pots and pans provided could’ve been washed before us arriving spider webs and live spiders still crawl in in the shower prior to using it? Old school dvd player tv with no dvds to watch movies terrible experience, I was popping and a mouse ran into my leg and out into the living room under the sliding door, and a dead mouse caught under the bunk beds

We loved this campground! The kids enjoyed the activities. The resort pool is amazing and we loved the smaller pool as well. The lake’s wibit was something we’ve never seen before, and we found it to be really fun and challenging. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. The kids loved the bounce pillow as well. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. Our only complaint was that our site (17) was quite un-level and after setting up we had to run to Walmart to get a step stool to be able to get in and out of our camper (our step rather high off the ground). But that was an easy enough fix and we had a great experience.

This was our second time at this park. We came as a family of 12. Last year we had a blast. This year we saw and experienced so many improvements and upgrades from last year that just made this visit even more of a blast. Sense of security with the lifeguards made it more relaxed since all the kids, and most adults spent majority of time on the wibit, kayaking and in one of two pools. Staff and management continued to over achieve to make our 4 day weekend relaxed, enjoyable and personal. They were all exceptional! It was also good to see that rough housing on the wibit by older kids was addressed immediately and appropriately for everyone's safety.

Loved it, everyone was super nice. Lake and pools were awesome . Touched my heart that when the one gentleman puts up the flag. Kids help and say the pledge of allegiance

We had a blast! Employees were phenomenal, so fun and engaging with the kids, especially Kara, Ryleigh, and Ranger Mark! Our cabin was clean and perfectly air conditioned. The pool and swimming lake were a big hit with our kids, and we loved the Hey Hey rides we took. The Pacific Fire Dancers were awesome too! Can't wait to plan another trip here!!

This was our first experience at a jellystone and we will absolutely be back! The only complaints I have and I hope they are addressed is keeping up with the bathrooms. The ones closet to us were not maintained well and when you stay at campgrounds I would hope they were better maintained. The other complaint I would say is the noise. I know people are there to have fun no issues at all, but when it’s midnight and people are laughing loudly and being loud overall it kept my 5 year old up when he was trying to sleep. I never want to be a rude person and is what it is, but even the ranger came around it was close to 11 and he was joking with them and heard them being loud and didn’t say anything. We LOVED the staff and they were the sweetest, just these things would have made it a lot better!

Nice amenities at the campground, but the cabin was gross. Mouse in the cabin stuck to a glue board…would have been nice to know you had glue trays down in the cabin since we had a dog in there. Mice poop in the drawers, walked through cob webs in the bedroom. Cob webs all over in the bathroom.

We are new to the camping world. This was our second time taking camper out. The site we chose was awesome. Everyone was super nice! The only issue we had was the site we chose online was not the one given to us when we got there. When we requested the original site they did switch it for use, but if it had been a busy weekend we probably would not have gotten it. The site they tried to put us at was in front of cabins blocking all views and no shade at all. The site we did chose and ended up getting back was awesome and we had a great, relaxing time!
