The only reason we did not give an excellent is because we tried renting a golf cart and they put us on the waitlist. Which was fine but the one time we checked we had only one person ahead of us then the next day we had two people ahead of us somehow. Then we asked again and they had none left we checked the next day and someone walked in not on the waitlist and got a golf cart. Seems as tho they don’t have a good method for their waitlist. Other than that we had a great time!

First time here and the park was great, kids enjoyed everything especially the pools.

Our first time visiting. Our cabin was nice but a bit dirty dusty and lots of spiderwebs and pet dander (we had no pets with us). The activity list was hard to follow and had a few different disappointments. I understand having the set times for different things but it was advertised differently and it wasn’t followed. We missed “scheduling” the visit with the bear by 5 minutes!! And told us we were too late. Arrived at the flag pole at 615 and told we missed it, but it stated 6-7 on the activity list. We never got to see the bear and I had a disappointed 3 year old. Also, charging for some of the activities like the glitter tattoos which seemingly was included. Foam pit wasn’t available to us at all as advertised. No ball for Gaga ball. Over all I just feel we didnt get our moneys worth.There were alot of moments we enjoyed, hence the 3 star rating. The pools are very nice and clean, every staff member was very friendly! The golf cart was nice and the hay ride.

Everything was nice but for the price I’d probably not rent a cabin. Linens and towels are extra money, and some of the activities that are supposed to be included in the $9 a person activity fee were extra money. There was also no grate to cook on the fire ring. The price for everything was very overpriced.

All staff members were so kind and helpful!Lots of activities for kiddos.Clean facilities.New owners are very engaged and wonderful to chat with!

ALWAYS AN AMAZING TIME AT THIS CAMPGROUND! We are seasoned campers and visit lots of campgrounds in Ohio- Jellystone Nova is BY FAR OUR FAVORITE! So much for the kids-2 pools, the WIBIT IS INCREDIBLY FUN, hayrides, bingo, music and dancing, food truck, always something going on! Staff is EXCEPTIONAL! Every single staff we encountered asked if there was anything they could do for us, and if we were having a great time! ERIC, KAYLA AND THEIR FAMILY ARE AMAZING PEOPLE!! THEY MAKE THIS CAMPGROUND WHAT IT IS!!! Simply amazing!

We stayed from Thursday July 2nd to Sunday July 5th. We were there on business and a family trip foe the holiday. We were booked as the Fourth of July music entertainment. We booked a cabin and online. Super easy and paid half at the time of booking and the other half a few days prior to check in. Super easy and convenient. Checking in was a breeze. The bacon was spacious and clean and the staff and amenities were awesome and as pictured and expected. We would absolutely recommend this campground to a friend and will plan to return!!
