We had an amazing long weekend at Jellystone Sandusky/ Cleveland! The new pool is absolutely amazing, my 3 year old had a blast on the waterslide. Kayla went above and beyond to make our family feel welcomed and to make the occasion (my kids birthday), a special and noteworthy experience for all of us. We will definitely be back for more fun! Highly recommend!

-The pools and lake were amazing. The lifeguard breaks were annoying. Maybe it’s an OH law but we’re from PA.-Concession stand prices were fair.-Most staff were nice except an older lady in the rec hall.-Our AC didn’t cool our cabin off at all so it was extremely hot. Cabin was clean though.-There wasn’t enough Yogi activities for kids like the Mill Run, PA camp site. I think prices were great for the activities we did do like ceramic painting and sand art.-The bears wouldn’t even meet the kids. They’d drive by on a cart and wave or just dance on a balcony. Our kids like to meet characters.-I liked the chill atmosphere where staff left you alone and didn’t bother you.-Mill Run has donut delivery by a bear first thing in the morning. I tried to set this up for my daughter’s birthday but your camp site doesn’t do it.-Workers seemed lost when you’d ask a question. They’d tell you to go the general store then they’d tell you to go to the front gate.-Fireworks were really good on July 3rd.-The vibe we took away was that your site is a camp ground. Not really a Jelly Stone park with kids activities.

4th of july weekend during a heat wave. Clean cabin near pond with awesome AC. Only complaint was mattress was flipped to spring side but we fixed that during the night. The RV didnt charge golf cart well but we were able to charge it on a nearby site. Pool was clean. Kids loved activities.

Wibits on the lake was fun. Campground rules were not provided in advance or writing but rather we were policed throughout our stay by supervising staff. Activities for kids regularly included a hidden cost.

The park itself was nice, and Ranger Mark was absolutely amazing. He was truly the highlight of our trip! He was friendly, engaging, and made such a positive impact on our family’s experience.Unfortunately, there were several areas that were disappointing. The food truck employee was very rude and short with us. I arrived around 7:30 p.m. and was made to feel like I was inconveniencing her by ordering, even though they didn’t close until 8:00 p.m. There were no other food options available in the park at that time.I was also disappointed that there wasn’t a pancake breakfast offered. The character experience was very limited as well. During our entire three-day stay, we only saw Cindy Bear a few times, and each interaction felt extremely rushed. I understand it was very hot outside, but it would have been nice if there were scheduled indoor meet-and-greets in an air-conditioned space so families had a better opportunity to interact with the characters. We also asked several times for the character cars to come out. We were repeatedly told there wasn’t enough staff or that it was too hot. It wasn’t until I asked multiple times that they finally made it happen. It felt like there wasn’t enough staffing to provide many of the advertised experiences.Another disappointment was the lack of an outdoor movie and very few indoor activities to escape the extreme heat. Compared to other parks we’ve visited, there simply weren’t enough activities to keep families entertained throughout the day.Overall, Ranger Mark made our trip memorable, but the park could greatly improve the guest experience by offering more character interactions, better customer service, additional indoor activities during hot weather, and more consistent entertainment throughout the day.

We had a wonderful time. The cabin was amazing. My kids loved the fishing and the wibits. We all loved the pools. The staff was fantastic. The app was never updated if things were canceled due to weather or being understaffed. We were looking forward to a few events that left a lot to be desired. “Movie night” was in a small room that didn’t fit everyone well and it wasn’t a movie really it was either a very old Yogi bear movie or another yogi cartoon. We left because we were in the way and my kids just weren’t interested in what was on.The “pool party” was kind of fun; it was really just one game this kids played and kid music. We had just as much fun just swimming. But those are my ONLY complaints. It was a genuinely wonderful experience and we will be back.
