All the staff was extremely friendly, polite and helpful! My 6 year old LOVED all the activities provided at the camp ground including the family games and parachute party on the beach! Our cabin was just what we needed for a nice family getaway!

Overall we really enjoyed the camp grounds. We rented the Ranger Smith Cabin and it looked as though it had not been cleaned. There were dirt and dog hair along with pills on the floor and under the beds. Also, it was our first time here and it would have been helpful if there was a what to pack list on the website. I had no clue we had to bring toilet paper and garbage bags. Finally, we were not able to reach anyone for help when we had an issue with our golf cart even after asking a staff member and calling the main number and following the prompts for an emergency. The mail box was full so we could not even leave a message!

Add key hooks by the door, mark parking spots at cabins to prevent issues with the close quarters.

We enjoyed visiting your Jellystone campground. We did have issues with the bed and not knowing the size of the cabin will make sure we the next time will get the bigger cabin. The bed was like sleeping on the ground. Not very comfortable. I want to let you know that the GFI plug by the kitchen sink did not work and also the bulb over the stove did not work. It did have a musty smell .

The stay was great. Grounds were kept up and nice. We enjoyed ourselves. Seemed to be short staffed and having heat advisory with no lifeguard to get in pool was a shame... that was the worse part of the stay. It was so hot but couldn't cool off.

Very disappointed that your fairy new beautiful pool was only open 5 hours each day. I have young grandchildren that are to little for the lake and wanted to swim in the pool!!! Then the 5 hours that the pool was open it was extremely crowded!!! No excuses that needs to be open all day!!! Secondly: the ice cream truck supposedly was supposed to be open from 5pm until 8pm. So we took our grandchildren to get ice cream at 6:45 pm and they were closed and said they ran out of ice cream; the day before we went for ice cream around 8:30 pm and they were closed ( none of this is excusable). We are talking the middle of June our summer vacation it’s still light outside at 9:15 pm and you close the ice cream truck at 8 pm. Everyone is up late and wants to treat their kids with ice cream and nd you run out of ice cream at 6:45pm really!!! Thirdly: checkout morning Sunday both toilet stalls ( men’s) out of toilet paper at 6am. Not good!!! Forth: your wibit should be properly inflated some of the Winifred was properly inflated but some was under inflated and this made it very hard to enjoy!!!

Park was clean! Only disappointments were restrooms not super clean and lack of staffing for pools.

We Love coming to Jellystone located in Mt. Gilead, as it's one of our favorites (usually 5 star). Except for this year. The following are reason for this years low rating.1. The bathroom/shower house were probably the worst we have ever seen. We had guest with us that typically use the shower house daily which turned out to be an embarrassment for us after seeing it 1st hand. There is no way they were being cleaned daily or checked daily.2. Disappointed about the lack of policing kids and adults riding bikes and golf carts in the wrong direction. One way signs are placed for a reason. I understand cutting or driving the wrong way carefully a short distance to go to adjacent site is ok. But driving down the large hill along the lake. Or heading to pool from boat docks should be prohibited and strictly enforced for safety as we watched a kid drive off the path into the lake after riding the wrong directions down the hill left of the lake. Also witnessed 1st hand in our vehicle as we had to backup to accommodate golf carts and bikes riding from the shop to the pool.3. Pool hours 3-8 was also disappointing and caused for over crowding.4. Water paddling boats were in poor shape and should be inspected as they only able to hold 2 people properly.

Overall nice facility but it was a real disappointment that the resort pool was closed 50% their normal open hours. We booked this place due to the convenience of the resort pool. The other pool is too deep for my children with no lifeguard staffed at that one. Wednesday when we arrived around 5pm the resort pool was already closed. Thursday it was open until 3pm. Friday it opened up at 3pm and same with Saturday. This caused the other pool on site to be flooded with people and without a lifeguard became a concern to allow my kids to swim without worrying. I understand staffing issues and not being able to have that pool open but paying to stay somewhere for certain reasons (like the resort pool) and not having it is disappointing. They also did a poor job at communicating that the pool was closed. Hours after it was supposed to of been opened they posted a sign. There should have been no excuse unless there was a call off. Schedules are made out in advance. You know when you have staff to cover shifts. If you knew you were short a lifeguard and one of the pools were going to be closed this should have been posted somewhere. I wouldn’t of wasted hundred of dollars.
