It was our first family outing and the 10 of us had an awesome time!! The staffs so friendly and helpful. The kids had a blast at the beach, the lake, on the bouncing pad. It was all great fun. The cabins were so nice and comfortable.It was an all around great experience. Can't wait to go back.

The park has a lot of amenities and we had a lot of fun but the cleanliness of the cabin was sub par. The floor was gritty upon arrival and the shower was dirty. The shower curtain has visible, red and black mold on the bottom. There was food on the sink faucet of the kitchen as well as in the sink. There was an ant trap on the counter that had been knocked over and all of the sticky poison was on the counter, and the trap was stuck in it. we would really like to return since our children had a ton of fun there I just wish more care was put into cleaning each cabin

We had a run in with another camper but your staff came and talked with us. It was much appreciated even though we didn’t feel the park was at fault, just the other party involved.

We had a great time for most of it. This was a family trip so we had 5 families in our group with 5 kids age 12-8. We had a minor issue on Saturday with a seasonal mom who basically came over to our camp are (field behind 337-331) where the kids were playing accusing them of having had put their child in a headlock at the playground. She was yelling and handled the situation inappropriately. It ruined our dinner time and upset some of the smaller kids. She was way out of line. If there was an issue involving one of the kids in our family the parents certainly would have wanted to know but the way she went about it was wrong. She said she had video and knew the owner. A short time after her screaming at us a golf cart with some other folks drove by recording us. She did file a complaint about us and members of your staff did come talk to us which was good bc without that conversation we likely would not have considered coming back next year. My only other issue is all the e-bikes and scooters and basically just the speed at which they tool around the park. We have been to other parks that allow them but they along with the golf carts are required to do the 5 mph speed limit. It basically comes down to safety due the # of kids that are there.

The kids had a great time with all the activities and things to do. The park was clean and well maintained.

This was our second year at Jellystone Columbus North. Last year (2025) was five stars. This year, I had to dock a few stars because of housekeeping and the lack of cleanliness of our cabin upon arrival. While the counters, sinks, and table were clean - anything below the knee was filthy. The floors were not cleaned at all (and guests are not provided anything but a broom to clean with themselves). There was visible dirt and streaks on the floors, as well as items left from previous families - including grapes, cereal pieces, hair ties, a disposable razor under a bench, and a large toenail in the loft area. The loft was not cleaned or dusted AT ALL and the toilet area was quite gross as it was not cleaned and still had hair and dust stuck to the porcelain base from previous occupants. The fridge had not been wiped down either. Basically it seemed as if the cleaners did not do anything that required them to bend down or get near the floor. I don’t expect perfection, but I expect a much cleaner cabin for the amount of money we spent. I would also appreciate if Jellystone provided some basic cleaning supplies such as a mop or a scrub brush of some kind.

Everything was GREAT from the most all the staff to the fun of everything going on. Special shout out to Greer, Morgan and Kathryn the manager as they really went above and beyond to EXCELLENT SERVICE

The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because of the water inflatable experience. Last year when we came we had a blast. This year my kids were so excited to get on the obstacle course and we were disappointed. Everything was partially deflated both days we were on it and even after informing the lifeguard we were told it would be fixed within a half hour. After 3 hours someone came out and filled 2 of the pieces with air but left multiple other areas the way they were. I understand the colder weather makes this happen but it just didn’t seem they had any interest in making it better. The people in the office were extremely helpful any time we needed anything. The lifeguards seemed to be bothered by the fact that they had to work and anytime they needed to look up from their phone at any point.The activities team seemed less enthusiastic this year compared to last.All of that said, the campground was clean, and organized with everything else. This experience would not keep me from coming back but I do hope it improves

Cabin had a lot of ants. The kitchen window blind had a slat missing and there was no smoke detector. Also seemed not quite as clean as last year. The wibit kept losing air. The mens bathhouse was not cleaned during the weekend.

Our first time at Jellystone and we had a wonderful experience. So much to do and so much fun was had by all our kiddos.
