This has been the third time taking our grandkids here. I have to say we were very disappointed this visit. We didn’t get an event schedule with our packet so missed everything. The campsite we had included a very bright light that made it difficult to sleep. The big pool was only open a few hours both days. The motorized boats had an additional charge of $20 per kid for twenty minutes, we found this absolutely absurd! The jumping pad had twigs and rocks making for a painful experience for our granddaughter. For the high prices that campers pay we expect a much much better experience. We tried playing bingo but the microphone didn’t work so we couldn’t hear the numbers being called. We also went to get ice cream at around 7:00 and it was closed. The staff at the store was friendly so that was nice. We will be planning our camping trip next year at a different place.

The park is way over priced! Way too crowded and under staffed. The couldn't be opened timely due to lack of a lifeguard. I was not impressed at all.

We had such a fun time! The manager Catherine was absolutely wonderful. We had a miscommunication with a guest pass and she made it right without any hesitation. They were understaffed, but she was definitely doing her best! Because of her we will come back.

The pool was only open 3pm-8pm and was completely closed on Sunday. We heard because of a lack of lifeguards, but were never told.

Disappointed that the pool was not open during advertised hours. Not everyone is the age to play in the pond.

Great wibit course and loved the cabana rental. Pool not opening until 3 was a negative. Loved the tractor activities and electric boats. The hidden daily activity fee and 35 cost to reserve a spot was not good.

Also, called the emergency maintenance phone number. Could not leave a message as the mail box was full. Left a message on a different number, never heard from anyone n

The cabin was over 90 degrees inside when I arrived. It took until midnight to get to a comfortable temp to sleep. Try to turn on the air when a guest is coming in.The gate on the dog area needs some help. Too hard to open And close for the kids. There are some kind of bug issue on the porch, they are undermining the siding. The TV s both work with the same remote. UgggThe air conditioners have separate remotes but both work when using one and then they sync with each other. No air in the bunk room.

Cabin was the nicest I have stayed in on a campground. Though I wish there were more hooks to hang things in them! Please consider this. 😊

Friendly staff and so, so much to do! Our favorites were the paths in the woods, the jumping pad, the inflatables on lake, slide, nice big pool, and the many activities and events offered. My only suggestions are to sell “cubes” in the store and/or provide papers of activities; we forgot our cube and so phones were dead :( and perhaps try to get Yogi out and about as much as Boo Boo and Cindy Bear.
