The staff was so friendly, we were in a tent and before the storms came they put us in cabin. Our children absolutely loved it here and we will definitely be back.

We love Jellystone north, this is our 5th time coming and will come again. We have never came when it’s completely sold out, and you could tell. We kept having to pick up trash when walking from activities, could tell staff was shorthanded etc. but all around we love it, and love the activities, and extras that were offered. I’m sure it was hard to keep up with it all, but having someone walking around to get trash is definitely a must! The food truck needs to do better, things need to be prepared long before open. Having to wait 30 minutes for fries and nuggets is unacceptable. These items will sell. Cook before.

We enjoy jellystone as we meet with up with close friends and between our families we have a camp site and 2 cabins. Overall it’s great. We were a little disappointed that the witbit was pretty deflated while we were there.

It was fun. My Grandkids had fun. We stayed Sunday afternoon thru Wednesday morning. So a lot of the stuff we planned for was not available thru our stay. Food truck was never open. And we never got to experience the foam party to name a few. Guest needs informed on social media upfront

All the staff was extremely friendly, polite and helpful! My 6 year old LOVED all the activities provided at the camp ground including the family games and parachute party on the beach! Our cabin was just what we needed for a nice family getaway!

Overall we really enjoyed the camp grounds. We rented the Ranger Smith Cabin and it looked as though it had not been cleaned. There were dirt and dog hair along with pills on the floor and under the beds. Also, it was our first time here and it would have been helpful if there was a what to pack list on the website. I had no clue we had to bring toilet paper and garbage bags. Finally, we were not able to reach anyone for help when we had an issue with our golf cart even after asking a staff member and calling the main number and following the prompts for an emergency. The mail box was full so we could not even leave a message!

Add key hooks by the door, mark parking spots at cabins to prevent issues with the close quarters.

We enjoyed visiting your Jellystone campground. We did have issues with the bed and not knowing the size of the cabin will make sure we the next time will get the bigger cabin. The bed was like sleeping on the ground. Not very comfortable. I want to let you know that the GFI plug by the kitchen sink did not work and also the bulb over the stove did not work. It did have a musty smell .
