Lots of activities to keep busy. Luau show was great!Glow wagon ride was a mess...two lines and worker kept letting people who just walked up go before others who had waited over 30 mins.Public bathroom was dirty.

Great campground with activities centrally located. The staff calling bingo were super. The staff working the ranger station were super. Young man at top of slide needs to complain about his job less. The large pool was open at odd hours or not at all, not what the sign said. Make it a swim at your own risk pool if you can’t find lifeguards. Some people are allergic to the lake. Not allowing private golf carts with insurance but allowing car traffic makes no sense other than a money grab. The random pool hours are why it’s not a 5 star review.

The leaves were not cleared out of the pond entry at the beach. The large main pool was not open until 3pm on Saturday. This was unacceptable. Check in was not manned as it should be at 4pm on friday. Golf carts were blocking the parking on the right for trailers to check in. This used to be prohibited. No one could get past. Again, Friday to sunday are peak times and should be staffed appropriately. Long lines in the store. Several wibit pieces under aired. I almost fell off trying to use the slide due to collapsing from lack of air. Jump pad not aired appropriately. New train depot line up unorganized and blocks a main path to the other side of camp ground. Several pot holes this year. Overall a decline from last year. Cabin still in good condition. Given full size coffee pot when requested though should be standard in a cabin that sleeps 8.

The food service was VERY slow and the resulting food was NOT good. The bounce pad needs something other than gravel and fence surrounding it, so if someone flies off, they don't get hurt. My nephew face -planted into the fence and landed on the gravel breaking his wrist on Sunday while playing on the bounce pad. If he had landed on the open grass, it would have been less damaging to his body. Take the fence down and cover or remove the gravel! Also, there needs to be a nurses station or something. Initially, they only gave my nephew bandaids and neosporin for his cuts. I suggested cleaning it with soap and water and applying ice. That's when they took him inside the ranger station and a young girl, who said she was first aid certified, looked at him closer. Even my 4-H camp had a nurse/medical station when I was a kid in the 1990s. I can't believe there's nothing there but some young adults who are first aid certified! I saw multiple kids wipe out on their bikes and scooters and take some serious falls while I was there and I was only there 3 days!Everything else was great! I definitely want to go back for the swimming experience, but we're bringing our own food and avoiding the bounce pad.

We had fun, especially our kids. However, it didn’t feel as family friendly as I had expected. While it’s prohibited, I saw alcohol all over the park outside of campsites. I was especially disappointed to see people drinking while at the pool and in the pool. I was also disappointed to see people driving golf carts with alcoholic beverages in the cup holders. Some driving the golf carts while obviously drunk. While we had fun we did not always feel safe around other camp goers due to many breaking camp rules around alcohol.

We loved the campground and had a great time. However, it was apparent that the campground is understaffed as many of the amenities (such as the pools, food trucks) were not available during our stay. The staff working was excellent and were doing everything they could.

The pool was not open as advertised 10am-8pm. Only opened from 3-8. Regardless of only having 1 lifeguard there should be other people trained to cover. This was not a cheap trip to the park and for not all things be open, this was a disappointment for many visitors.

We had a great time on our weekend trip, only thing is we didn’t catch any yogi bear sightings & not sure why the bigger pool wasn’t open until 3pm everyday when it stated 10a to 8pm so that kind of stunk. Overall we’d visit again!! :)
