The staff was Amazing! They were all very helpful and kind. The activities for the kids blew my mind, A++Everyone including the other campers were respectful of others and it will be hard to top this camping experience!

Park was very family friendly but definitely seems run down . The “beach” area was pretty gross . The kids couldn’t even go in because of all the leaves in the lake . The pool was closed until 3pm due to low staff .

This was our first time staying at a resort style campground. Overall it was good but was expecting the park to be cleaner and have better campsites. Wanted the pool to be open more. Was weird that there was a staff member at the lake in the afternoons but not the mornings. 3 of the lake inflatables were low on air. The rules about helmets and adult supervision on the lake were not enforced. Saw lots of kids ridding around very fast without helmets, especially the electric bikes and scooters. At one point I was the only adult at the lake with my child and there were 2 other kids around age 8 and a group of 6 teenagers. Still better and more enjoyable than most other campgrounds but for the price I had higher expectations.

We had a five year old that can get curious pretty quickly, so we enjoyed how secluded and non-busy the tent sites were. Only one pool was working or open during our stay which was an issue. The last evening of our stay the resort pool opened which was very enjoyable. We felt gypped for sure. Beach area was full of leaves and was not an area to enter that side of the lake. There was a nice young lady trying her best to handle everything and every question, but the place was under-staffed for sure.

Very disappointed in the unavailability of the pool. I have younger children who don't want to be in the lake all day but no pools to swim in. One small pool open that already had 20 kids in it and the pool area smelled like urine. Also the ranger shop was severely lacking with supplies and snacks. Only option for a snack while at the pool was candy or dip dots because according to an employee they needed to make a snack run. Compared to the other Jellystones we have been to, this was was at the bottom of the list.

There was a difference this year that was evident from previous years. Check in was later. Golf cart not cleaned. No food available until Thursday. No ice cream available until Thursday. The store wasn’t stocked for most food items. The resort pool was closed most of the time we were there. Trash was left lying around. Flower beds all needed to be weeded. Hardly any help around the campground. Had to ask for someone to come supervise the wibits when big kids were getting rowdy and taking over so little kids were frightened. Only one person working in the store so lines were long. Kids driving golf carts. Kids riding bikes the wrong directions on the busy roads. Basically rules were not followed by unsupervised children. Some of these occurred in the past but there was a visible adult supervisor presence that was missing. Overall it was disappointing because the managers in the past years were missed and there lack of presence felt.

Great customer service, very affordable, me and my family had a blast with all the things to do. Plus the cabin we rented was very nice and spacious. We will definitely be reoccurring customers!!

Our group of seniors, kids and grands enjoyed the water to cool off during the hot temps. We were disappointed in the pool availability. The large one was only open 1 day out of our 4 day trip. The pool by the office only had one side open which made for a big crowd.
