We had a great family vacation at Jellystone this year. I was disappointed how often the resort pool was closed & that the Ranger Station closed at 7:00 on a Friday night. Also the slide could be open more than it was. The beach area had lots of algae so people couldn’t swim. Other than that, it was great!

Overall a decent experience. The setup and design of the park are well thought out and the planned amenities are nice. Where the park fell short was in having the pool shut down for significant portions of our stay. The "lifeguard," who we were told was necessary for the pool to be open, spent more time talking to other individuals and playing basketball with children in the pool than observing those present and swimming. At no point in the several hours we were there did he appear to be appropriately scanning the pool and watching children. Kids were jumping in from the sides of the pool onto other kids without so much as a correction or caution.

We loved our stay at Jellystone and had a great time overall. The staff was friendly, helpful, and clearly doing their best to make sure guests had a positive experience. That said, it was very evident that the campground was understaffed during our visit. The biggest disappointment was that the main pool was closed because there wasn’t a lifeguard available. While we understand that staffing challenges happen, it was a major attraction that many families were looking forward to using. We truly love this campground and have noticed a difference compared to last year. Our hope is that management will provide the support, staffing, and resources needed to help the hardworking employees keep the campground running at the high level of excellence we’ve experienced in the past. We look forward to returning and seeing it thrive again.

The facilities and activities were great and lots of fun for our children ages 1-6. We were tent camping though, and the sites are not good for tents. You can't stake a tent down more than 4 or 5 inches, which caused parts of our tents to collapse multiple times even in no wind conditions. We also ran out of fuel for our camp stove and went to the camp store in search of more, but they had almost no essential camping supplies - only souvenirs and snack type food. While we enjoyed our stay overall we would think twice about returning to camp here.

The staff was very friendly and the RV site was nice. The bathroom by the basketball court was not well maintained. One of the men's room stalls was out of toilet paper and the other was clogged. Also the main pool was closed half the day because there wasn't a lifeguard on duty.

We have a 1 and 2 year old we went here for the zero entry pool it was closed for most of the day while we were there. We were not informed prior to going that the pool would be closed because of lack of life guards. Extremely disappointed in the pool situation. This should have been disclosed prior to traveling to jellystone. The food truck was also not open when we were there even though it was advertised to be open.

Pay a good amount of money to stay here and could not even use one of the pools due to lack of staffing.

We stayed at Jellystone Park multiple times. It is always a good time! However, this time around my husband, and I did notice some decline with the upkeep and staffing availability. Our cabin had some issues with the door blind not opening or closing. The shower did not drain sufficiently and the electric outlets only worked on one side. Our golf cart was missing the windshield and right side mirror. The swimming pools were closed due to insufficient staff. Having said all that, we still had a fun time!
