We had a wonderful experience the staff was so kind and great lots of activities in and out of the water. My oldest had cut his toe in one of the pools found out he wasn't the only one the very next day the pool was empty to find the issue. The staff took pride in their work and focus on making sure the guest are safe and not harmed that is hard to find in a lot od places. I would recommend Jellystone to everyone for a fun and relaxing stay.

As someone who has visited several Jellystone Parks over the years, I can honestly say that North Columbus Jellystone Park is one of my favorites! The beautiful, mature trees throughout the campground and the peaceful pond in the center make it feel so relaxing and scenic.I also loved that so many of the amenities were already included in the cost of our stay, which made it an even better value for families. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the entire campground was clean, well-maintained, and had everything you could want for a fun camping trip.I highly recommend North Columbus Jellystone Park to anyone looking for a great family campground. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back with our family!

Overall very good experience. A couple things I'd like to address: One very rude older woman was working at the ranger station when my friend and my daughter's friends rented life jackets. The older overweight woman sized up all the girls and my friend and said she didn't have large enough lifejackets for them insinuating they were large woman/girls and then ended up giving them life jackets that were too large and ill fitted. Very insulting.Second, there's AC in the main room of the cabin and the queen bedroom but not the room with the bunk beds? It was so hot the girls couldn't sleep.

This was our second year visiting Jellystone North Columbus. The park is well maintained and offers a lot of things for children and grandchildren to do! The staff is always friendly and helpful. We were there on a Sunday -Thursday so we didn’t have to deal with the crowds over a weekend. Although the weather was extremely hot, we still had a good time. The giant slide, the pond, and the three pools helped cool us off. We will probably return next year.

We stayed in a cabin which had almost anything you would need. We were able to do all the activities including train and wagon rides, pools, lake, beach, wibit, and use all of the playgrounds. We really had a great time!!

The place was amazing. But the cabin wasn't. I found toe nail clippings on the side of bed. Bed covers were dirty shower wasn't clean and there were dead bugs on ground and under the futon. We ended up letting the kids play all day and we ended up leaving at 10pm last night and took the 2 hr drive home. The kids were a little upset but also they didnt want to stay another night

The cabin was very dirty. We had to clean and wash dishes and silverware. We also had to sweep the floor and wipe down hair form the shower.Jody and Kasey are amazing and park is awesome

Most of the staff were very kind and helpful. Bathrooms could have been attended to more during the day. The planned activities throughout the day were great.
