Great experience overall! Seemed to be a shortage with staffing and the beds are not the most comfortable, but other than that we had a great time

We had a great time even my teenagers. It was nice and relaxing but some things were didn't get to enjoy our enjoy much of because of lack of employees and lifeguards. Besides that we had a great time. The staff that was there were great and act issues we had they handled. We loved it there. We plan on coming back

We loved the Jellystone Park! It was the best place for the age range of all our 4 kids from 4yrs to 15 yrs to keep them all busy. We do wish the restaurant was open during our stay. The pool was too cold for one of our kiddos and several of us adults. ( We stayed 2 families in 2 cabins) We loved the location of our cabin RS14. The temperature inside was enjoyable and we were pleasantly surprised at the items stocked in the cabin. Here are a few things we wanted to notify management of:1. Our screen door was completely broken and would not close. Our dogs got loose several times due to this.2. Our cabin was not clean. This was especially the floors. Our feet turned black instantly and the screened in porch was full of dirt and grime.. Next time we will come before our stay and thoroughly clean as it made us uncomfortable. We had no coffee packets in the cabin( my cousins had coffee stocked) and the sink was dirty upon arrival.3. There were no baking sheets.4. All of the containers for shampoo conditioner and body wash were empty5. There were no hooks in the bathroom for towels6. The dirt road in the circular area where our cabin was needs cemented or traveled. Every single toke a car comes through, an incredibly large dust cloud fills the air and entire area. Not good for our health or the cleanliness of the cabins.7. We set our trash outside but it was never picked up.8. We were charged the extra fee for locking in cabin 15 but were then put in a different cabin. We would love to come back every year if some of these issues can be fixed. Thank you!! 😊

Overall it was good!! We did notice a few minor things that could use improvement this trip vs others. The public restrooms weren’t very clean. The main/newer pool was not open during listed times and it was extremely cold. Regarding our room, we had a broken screen door handle that was sharp when opening (maintenance did repair promptly). The shower drained pretty slowly causing a concern for flooding if we didn’t finish quickly. The door (built in) blind handle was broke preventing us from opening/closing the blind. The WiFi never worked. Electric outlet didn’t work by kitchen sink or on the side most convenient for charging golf cart. We had to wait for neighbors to leave their vehicle to park close enough to outlet on the opposite side. Golf cart was also missing a front windshield and right mirror. I’m not sure if there is a staffing issue or the experience is less than during the week vs weekend. In comparison to other visits, this one was a bit underwhelming.Having said all of that, we did enjoy ourselves, but there is definitely room for improvement.

We couldn’t miss the chance to let everyone know how much fun this trip was- largely due the the outstanding hospitality of Katherine with a K who works in the Ranger Station. She was such a joy and welcomed our family so lovingly and genuinely seemed excited for us to have a good time- and we did! There is so much to do all the time at Jellystone and our kids + dogs felt so free and happy. The cabin was stellar, the lake was clean, the pool was nice. Thank you Katherine for helping our summer start off with a bang! We will absolutely be back 💕

We got lucky with good weather and the kids had a great time. They wanted us to stay an extra night but we weren't able to. However, we found an open cabin in a few weeks so we booked a return visit.

Great experience visiting Jellystone. Lots of activities for the kids and the staff has always been so nice and helpful. The only complaint I would make is the beach area was in poor state. It could use a little refreshing but overall the stay was great.

The park is nice, clean, and has so many wonderful activities for kids, with plenty of space for adults to spread out at the Wibit park, pool, and other activity areas. There are numerous restrooms throughout the property, all of which appeared clean during our stay. We loved the tent sites, especially being tucked up against the tree line. The main downside was the inconsistent operating hours. We saw online that the store was open until 9 PM, so we went around 8:15 PM to purchase firewood after finishing dinner, only to find the office had already closed. We had specifically waited until after dinner because we thought we had plenty of time. The water slide was also only open during limited afternoon hours, usually around 3 or 4 PM, and one of the pools closed at 3 PM, which seemed like prime time for families to enjoy it after lunch. It was disappointing that some of the amenities we came for weren’t available for more of the day.We also had a less-than-great experience with one of the water slide attendants. He was frequently on his phone and would often yell at the kids when their mats slid out from underneath them and got stuck on the slide. The children would continue sliding after the mat stopped, which was clearly not intentional. He would also repeatedly scold kids for not waiting for him to tell them when to go, even though they were simply watching for the previous rider to reach the bottom. It seemed to make several of the children uncomfortable.Despite these issues, we really do love this campground and absolutely plan to return. I understand that local schools are still in session and staffing may be limited because it’s early in the season. However, we paid about $165 for two nights at a tent site primarily because of the amenities. We even called ahead to confirm the water activities didn’t have age or height restrictions. There was no mention of reduced operating hours, partial amenity availability, or a preseason schedule, and I think having that information available ahead of time would help guests better set expectations and plan their stay.
