Overall we had a positive experience. Unfortunately, the bathhouse/restroom near us was in desperate need of cleaning and attention. One stall was out of order, another was clogged, the floor was always wet. I submitted a notice via the QR code early on in our visit, but it was not addressed during our multi- day stay. The site was pleasant with plenty of space for our dog. The kids enjoyed the activities that were planned. The wibits were a hit and we enjoyed the resort pool, though were bummed it was only open 1x during our stay due to not enough staff. We do hope to come back again, and really hope the restrooms will be in a more desirable condition.

They have the potential to be great but it seemed to be poorly run and the manager seems extremely overwhelmed. They need more training and double the employees. A pool had to close because there weren’t enough life guards, a lot of people were frustrated with the lack of explanation for the activities. We got on a peddle boat only to push off and realize the peddles were broken so we were stranded only to be helped by other guests who said they had told management about the damaged boat the day before and they didn’t do anything about it. We showed up at 10 to ride the 10am tractor ride and the person on the tractor (who I think was the managers husband) told us it was at 1 and acted like we were crazy until I explained the activity list clearly says from 10-1030 the tractor ride was scheduled and he begrudgingly said he would take us and other people started lining up as they also knew the schedule said the hay ride was at 10. The same guy was driving the wrong way on the one way road in his golf cart later that day. It could be great with more training or different management.

We had a great weekend but there were a few things that could have been better.Things we enjoyed were the environment. And beautiful camping arrangements. We enjoyed all of the activities that were offered and took advantage of most of them. The character events were amazing and the character engagement was fun! My children really enjoyed how engaged the characters were while they were there. We attended BooBoo’s birthday bash and he attended for the first 5 minutes and then left. The description stated they would be decorating cupcakes and that also never happened which disappointed my youngest children.Due to staffing the main pool was closed on Saturday which really disappointed my kids. The beach area was overrun with slime which I understand was due to flooding and storms but my younger children were not thrilled with this so we did not utilize the beach area like I had planned. We planned on using the food trucks for multiple meals but they were only open 3 hours total during the time we were there and the food was subpar when. We were able to get it (luke warm and just not great) . The queen sized bed in the cabin was broken down so bad in the middle that it was extremely uncomfortable for two people to sleep on. When my husband brought the mattress issue up to the office staff they just apologized. We also participated in the duck race and were upset but the lack of communication about it. Staff walked up to the slide dumped the bucket of ducks without any announcement, collected the ducks at the end and then left. Nobody was told who won. We stopped by the office multiple times to find out and were told they didn’t know who won. My kids were very upset by not knowing which duck won.

We had a good time and had good interactions with the manager. We were dissatisfied that the resort style pool wasn't open on Saturday (our biggest amount of time to swim). This was due to lack of lifeguards. That was disappointing because we were expecting variety. We were also disappointed about the tie dye experience. My wife waited in line, was told to go pay, went to pay, then came back to the activity and they were out of rubber bands. Someone else who hadn't paid, got to do tie dye and somehow jumped our spot in line. There was some sort of miscommunication and the check in process for that activity needs to be improved. The campgrounds are really neat and the cabins were clean. A little more detail about what is included in the cabin would be helpful, such as the paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee machine being k-cup style.

Our stay would have been nicer if the resort pool would have been open the entire time instead of a few hours one day. Not sure if we missed the fine print on that? Also the hot water needs checked. Cold showers are not that much fun. Enjoyed the beach.

This used to be our favorite park prior to it being taken over by corporate holders and not locally/family owned. Although the ladies working in the office are very kind, the rest of the park was in shambles. The campsites are overly weedy and had not been mowed, there had been a lot of rain the weekend prior and there were huge ruts and even site numbers down, no one had repaired these and it was challenging to navigate. The bathrooms had not been properly cared for as there were longstanding rings in the toilets. Staffing issues which required them to close large pool on Saturday l, food truck food was subpar and ran by high school students who had no clue how to properly prepare the food. Our largest concern was the open gateing all weekend into the camp with no oversight on entry. Anyone could enter camp at anytime. With the high nightly rates, you would expect higher care to be taken for its campersSadly we will not be returning.

We had a great weekend spending time with family. Always something to do or explore. The puppies loved the dog park! I do recommend having balls/toys to play with. The grounds were so well kept, it was hard even finding a stick to throw with them. Overall our stay exceeded expectations and look forward to coming back again.

Overall we had a good stay and staff was wonderful. There were a few things that were frustrating.1. resort pool was closed on our main day (Saturday)2. Tie dye. We went to tie dye Saturday and were given forms to go pay at ranger station. So we took our slips and paid for 8 kids to tie dye. We go back to activity center to show proof and get tshirts. The two parties that were then in front of us were given their shirts without paying and told to go pay once they were done. Our turn comes up to select shirts and they tell us they are now out of rubber bands. Frustrating but we got our money back. I just think you need to use the same practice for every person. Why did we have to leave to go pay first and people after us didn’t? So they got to tie dye but we who were in line first didn’t get to because they ran out after we followed correct rules. Had some bummed kids who were looking forward to it all day!

We had a great time at Jellystone, the kids loved everything about it. There definitely were some issues that came up though. When we initially arrived at our campsite, it was much smaller than described for 3 tents and also very muddy. But Catherine was about to switch our site and was very accommodating! Luckily we were about to switch to a much bigger site that fit our whole family and wasn’t muddy. That initial experience was great! However throughout the rest of the stay some things seemed very disorganized. The bigger pool was closed most of the time we were there. The water slide was closed when they told us they’d be open. They couldn’t tell us at the ranger station when other things would be open like the motor boats. When paid for a bear visit to our site which in the description said the bear would bring a small gift for each child. There was no gift. A little disappointed about the hours of the ice cream truck, we’re hoping it’d be open during the day Saturday. The kids didn’t know any different and still had a wonderful time but there were definitely some things that could have gone smoother.

We had a great time but this season some things seemed to be sliding through the cracks. Bummer the resort pool was closed but that's happened before. The activities didn't seem to match the descriptions and lacked in the attention to detail. Our meet and greet got lost in the shuffle but Boo Boo did give my son a quick hug. Especially the birthday party aspect. Making the banners, party hats, decorating the cupcakes. My son just thought he missed it and it was the reason we came. We will be back but it seemed a bit lack luster. It's the beginning of the season so I'm sure it will turn around.
