Such a fun 4 th of July weekend!! Despite the extreme heat the Bears were out and about the campground which my 4 year old granddaughter loves anytime she can interact with them. I bet when it is cooler conditions they are out and about even more!! The donuts were delicious and came in a cute little bucket. Activity Pavillion very nice with both inside and outside capability!! Many things for kids to do! Love the foam parties, can’t get that everywhere!! Also wibits are fun for kids 7 and up, grandaughter will enjoy when a bit older. Will definitely be back !! Thanks Jellystone for a memorable 4th of July!!

Very tight spacing... roads narrow... not signage or help finding spot as our 1st time there. No markings for spaces. Very confusing.

The park was difficult to maneuver. The ranger station area and exit were always busy and bustling so it made it difficult. The park is know for its abu dance of activities, but you have to pay for half of them. I e never felt nickel- and - dimed so much in my life. You pay premium for the site, pay for wood because you cannot bring your own, pay for activities, pay for life jackets, etc. the lake area and obstacle course were nice and well taken care of. We liked the pool by the entrance because there was shade. The park was full when we were there and we heard from numerous people that they were having electrical issues because the park could not keep up with the demands. Jim and Dale were very nice and helped us when we needed with our camper. Overall, it was an experience. Not sure we will be back

Frustrated, we arrived at the park and I know we did not pay to reserve our spot, but it really ruined our experience since we had another group of people and we were so far away

It was ok. Upon arrival we let the staff know another cabin had our picnic table and they said than would send someone to take care of it and they never did. We had to go and get it which is a horrible way to start our vacation because who knows the reaction we could have experienced. Our internet also didn't work and we called spectrum to troubleshoot but they seemed as if they didn't even know we had internet in our cabin. They wanted us to go to the office and tell them to send out a tech. Another very annoying way to start our trip. Seeing how they handled the picnic table situation, I didn't feel like wasting my time on a problem that likely wouldn't be resolved. The number of children riding on scooters and e-bikes going the wrong way could have ended badly for everyone. We had children going the wrong way downhill in a no bike zone repeatedly at 10/11p, but security stopped by the playground at 11:10 and told me and my 4 year old that she wasn't allowed to be on the swings anymore. It was pretty annoying and unfair. Ice cream truck was subpar, they only had one kind of ice cream, and barely any toppings. The pool was great, not overcrowded which was nice. Overall the experience was just ok, but we probably won't be back because I just didn't like the set up of the campground very much amongst other things. The cabin was covered in cobwebs, corners of floors dirty, and there was a ring in the bathtub. It wasn't very comfortable either.

We had a fantastic time. Though, having a more safe area for toddlers & kids for the foam party would be better. I watched so may children fall and hit the wood sides due to not being able to see it.

It was good. Good for the kids definitely. The only thing is that it pretty pricy. Not just camping but all the extras the donuts for breakfast tye dying a shirt. Just all the extras.

Front desk staff not friendly. We know it was hot and busy, but being friendly should not be hard. I was greeted with “what do you want”. Twice by the same employee.
