Nice facilities and staff

It's clean and everyone was very friendly. We love the set up for the tent sites. We had a hard time catching fish this trip. Not sure how well the pond is stocked. I think people were taking fish and not releasing them back which probably contributes to that.

This experience was slightly disappointing I hate to say it because we so looked forward to it. The bathroom door was broken and could Not be closed for 80% of our trip. Even when it was fixed it still was hard to move. Second, the smoke detector beeped all night until my husband went out and bought a new battery at 3am to make it stop. For paying over $200 for a cabin a night, and having these things happen is unacceptable. When I spoke to the manager she offered a $20 ice cream coupon that said “need to spend over $20 to use.” It felt like a slap in the face. I paid over $500, had a below par experience and you give me a $20 credit to your shop? Insane and terrible customer service in my opinion. For future customers, please think of them when “making things right.”

The amenities and activities were top notch. My kids absolutely loved the lake and the fun floating obstacles! The only thing I will say is the bathroom facilities were not very well maintained. The toilets were clogged frequently and there was mud and hair all over the floor and in the showers multiple times. That’s my only complaint!

We stayed in a ranger smith cabin and it was amazing. Our children enjoyed everything from the inflatable obstacle course to the slide and foam party to the themed evenings.

We had a ton of fun. Highly recommend

Amazing experience again this year! Staff is friendly and very helpful. So many activities that cover ALL age groups! Kids asked if we could stay all summer which is the best recommendation😊. We’ll definitely be back!

Overall it was a good first experience. Check-in process was a 7/10, front desk lady could have been a bit more friendly & helpful but we accomplished what was needed. Cabin was a 9/10, could have used a little more cleaning but overall great. Kids activities were 10/10. Wibit & slide need upgraded/maintained better and would give them a 6/10. The only food experience we did was the icecream truck for milkshakes that were overpriced, not frozen and didn’t fill the cups because they ran out. I heard a lot of other complaints about the food as well. Bathrooms around the facility could have been cleaned a bit more as well.

Grass/weeds not kept up by pond, have camped for many years and was the worst it has looked. Wibit very flat, only aired up some -not fully

We had stayed at the park a couple years ago and found that this current experience was different. We came with family and grandchildren. The camp activities are fun for the kids and provide opportunities for them to enjoy themselvesHowever, we found some things lacking that led to my rating. The grounds seemed as though maintenance is lacking. For example, grass and weeds growing in campsites; the beach area was eroded and had trash on the ground; disheveled looking chairs at the beach area; Wibit not being pumped up in certain parts, which would seem a bit of a safety issue; restrooms were untidy and not cleaned for the 2 days we were there. Camp personnel were friendly and helpful, although the monitors at the Wibit were more interested in being on their phones and talking with their friends.
