Lack of staff. Not enthusiastic. Pool was closed. Only 1 lifeguard.

There was no good activies there was no handicap parking! Unless you could afford to rent a cart which we could not! You had no real way to enjoy the lake or park at the pools. The people who worked there were rude except one older female who worked in the life vest rental!

We’ve been coming for 4-5 years now, and we always have a great time, but this was the first time when we felt like the amenities are not being maintained well. Many of the inflatables were immensely deflated, and there was trash laying all around the deck, beach and swimming areas. Much of the grass through the woods was ankle to knee high. I just feel like when you’re paying a premium price to camp, the amenities should be pristine.

Second year coming up for my kiddo’s birthday, always a lovely time! Staff was friendly and helpful, park was clean and safe, and everyone had lots of fun.

From the time we pulled in, we were met with friendly and responsive team. Our site was so clean and well maintained. The activities were great and there was so much to do from quiet walks on trails to swimming, and glow stick parades. Very nice for those with dogs too. Very clean and safe.

Great staff, super clean campground. Loved the train ride and playground.Some of the crafts were not as described on the app and were actually kind of silly. The resort pool was absolutely freezing. I wish there was a splash pad like other Jellystones.
