We saw 3 out of 4 characters, being there for a week and we never saw Yogi. There should be a description on the website about it being hilly, and couldn’t ride our bikes where we were located, so we had to rent a golf cart. The cabin should come with a hair dryer, every hotel we’ve ever stayed at has one. The hot water heater was not sized accordingly for an 8 person cabin, with only a 19 gallon hot water heater, even as a family of 4, we couldn’t all take a shower. At other Jellystone’s they had loud music playing and really hyped up the people for the activities. Most of the activities seemed really boring and dull with no motivation for campers to attend. Last but not least, it should also come with dish rack to do dishes, this made it difficult to let dishes dry, and somewhere for the silverware, we had to keep moving the silverware tray all over so it wasn’t in the way. These are just a few things we’d like to see in the future. We rated a 4 because we, especially the kids, had a great time. The cabin was nice and the lot was spacious. The lady’s at the ranger station were very helpful in having characters come to our cabin after Cindy and Boo-boo didn’t check their mail, they had them come and visit the kids at our cabin, and I know it’s something they’ll never forget. A HUGE thing we liked was the candy that was available for the kids didn’t have artificial colors in them! It was so nice that the kids could eat the candy there. Very kind and friendly staff. Thank you for making our little family adventure one to remember.

The grounds were well kept and fun for the whole family. We loved the included activities and yogi bear team. Staff were helpful and patient with this stressed out mama.kids had a blast will be back!

It's a great lovely park . Grounds are beautiful . Very friendly staff . Some things could use a upgrade , some of the paddle boats and the sand at the beach was almost mud and need smoothed out . I would like to see more Characters out and about the park and interactions with guests , I feel you barly see them around , I paid for two visits to make sure my child could see then as that is what he was excited about most , to see the bears . Overall nice but just some things that could really be improved on .

This was our third time here, first time getting a cabin. We had a great time! My only complaint is that the cabin had lots of dog hair and didn’t seem super clean. I understand you have to flip them pretty quick but we had dog hair all over our bags, clothes, etc.

It was so much fun. The driving situation to find the tent sites is a bit confusing. I do wish we got the site we reserved. We reserved close to the bathrooms because my mom is elderly and can't hold it very long. It would have been easier for her to have the site we booked.

We have been coming here for 12 years. We still absolutely love the place, but it seemed to have gone down hill a little. The bathrooms were not clean throughout the park. The sites seemed more “unkept” than usual. There was also a horrible propane smell or garbage smell throughout the park. There was no one to deliver wood to the sites. We are sure it’s due to low staffing but I wanted to bring that to your attention.

We created great family memories, but the park was rundown, dirty and the lake was disgusting. The culture of the community is definitely not good as most people there were complaining. We’re thankful we’re in there for a couple days..

Your staff is very friendly, and I can tell they're doing their best. We were disappointed that the new pool closed at 6pm while we were there, since our kids had planned to swim after dinner. Yes, the old pool was open. . . but it's kinda yuck. We also discovered our breakfast for the last morning, which was in an unopened box in an upper cabinet, was full of ants. We knew there were ants in the cabin, but all our food was in sealed containers so we thought we were okay. I get the struggle to keep the cabins insect free and it wasn't the *biggest* deal, but we wanted to make sure you knew. Yogi Bear 2, ants in upper cabinets. Yuck.
