Cabin was very nice, clean, well stocked and comfortable. Kids throughly enjoyed the wibit but groups of teens with day passes disregarding rules and playing too rough caused a member of our party to get hurt. Why have rules if they aren’t enforced.

It was a fantastic experience. The staff is great. We even had a minor issue, and the staff was excellent to deal with and handled the situation. I would highly recommend.

The obstacle course needed attention, inflated in many parts. In the past, silent disco was there and that was the best!! Would love the food trucks open more hours. Heater and concession stand in the resort pool would be nice!

Would like to have more activities for the children. Maybe more than one hayride a day. We’ve been to other Jellystone’s that have one in the morning and one in the evening. Also would recommend escorting your campers to their sites as the park was very full and people were driving around, not being able to find their sites. And having better signage on your roads, campers were stopping asking people if anybody knew where they should go and then they would end up turning the wrong spot and end up having to drive all the way back around again bunch of little kids walking around and you have a lot of vehicles driving around.

I was given the wrong directions on how to get to my campsite. An escort would have been great. Thankfully I arrived early so I could get turned around. It would have been much more difficult after more people arrived. There was alot of plastic trash in my campfire ring. There was a traffic jam at the check in area because people were trying to enter, exit, and park to get supplies from the store the narrow check in/parking area.
