Everything was GREAT from the most all the staff to the fun of everything going on. Special shout out to Greer, Morgan and Kathryn the manager as they really went above and beyond to EXCELLENT SERVICE

The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because of the water inflatable experience. Last year when we came we had a blast. This year my kids were so excited to get on the obstacle course and we were disappointed. Everything was partially deflated both days we were on it and even after informing the lifeguard we were told it would be fixed within a half hour. After 3 hours someone came out and filled 2 of the pieces with air but left multiple other areas the way they were. I understand the colder weather makes this happen but it just didn’t seem they had any interest in making it better. The people in the office were extremely helpful any time we needed anything. The lifeguards seemed to be bothered by the fact that they had to work and anytime they needed to look up from their phone at any point.The activities team seemed less enthusiastic this year compared to last.All of that said, the campground was clean, and organized with everything else. This experience would not keep me from coming back but I do hope it improves

Cabin had a lot of ants. The kitchen window blind had a slat missing and there was no smoke detector. Also seemed not quite as clean as last year. The wibit kept losing air. The mens bathhouse was not cleaned during the weekend.

Our first time at Jellystone and we had a wonderful experience. So much to do and so much fun was had by all our kiddos.

Changing the check in time for an Rv to 4 pm is ridiculous. My site was changed prior to check in for no reason so we had to get that switched back. Our site was very small and didn’t have hardly any room to be outside of our camper. When our family would go to different activities, they were very unorganized and running late each time. We’ve been coming to this Jellystone for years and this was by far our least favorite trip.

Very nice campgrounds. 518 campsite was very nice, spacious- great for kids!

We loved the ranger cabin! It was very clean and staff was amazing!

The park is overly crowded and too pricey! The pool wasn't opened due to short staffed and the pond smells horrible.

We had a lot of fun! Wish we could’ve stayed longer.
