As a family we had a great time! Having 2 young kids we loved all the activities that were geared towards them.

Only a couple things that prevent me from giving 5 stars. 1- the pot holes getting to and the roads within the campground were horrendous. Some were unavoidable and caused items to fall off the counters of our motorhome 2- we tried to play the putt putt golf only to find out all the balls were gone except a few. 5 of us had to share 1 ball, the putting area was not maintained and they were rocks all over the putting greens/holes. There was not any numbers on the holes to help navigate from hole to hole 3- the big jumping pillow was unusable because of some rain that prevented the staff from fixing the problem. If it wasn’t for the water park the kids had limited activities to do because of these issues

We love coming but I do think some things need addressed the ability to call and get a hold of someone is terrible I can’t ever just call your campground and talk to someone. I feel like it’s a real problem. And it feels like some of the younger employees never really know what’s going on we get a different answer from different people. The bathrooms in the water park are so bad it’s so bad we don’t even want to go in there and go back to our camper to use bathroom, just some upkeep and maintaince would go a long way.

First time at a Jellystone. We enjoyed our time . Amenities were nice. Campsite was great.

We will not be coming back to this Yogi bear. The facility was very dirty, and many things were broken and out of service. The water wars area was completely destroyed. We rented the mini jeeps it took them 45 minutes to even find them. The water zone was extremely dirty, and they were out of all condiments and several food options at their concession stand. Service was extremely slow at the cartoon Café. We have traveled to facilities all over the United States, and this was the worst facility we’ve been to. Can you come with friends and in the future we will be going elsewhere with our friends.

I liked our campsite! The concrete pad was nice and big and the fire pit was far enough away. We had a lot of room. However, my sister Hannah, had found a lot of screws and glass at their site which is dangerous. The water park was a lot of fun! The bathrooms there, however, were gross and dirty.

This whole experience was a mess beginning to end. After looking at the pictures of cabins and the whole place it looked very nice and I stupidly booked our cabin because our friends got a camper spot. We had been trying to call and get answers on if we could just get day passes before we booked the cabin because the website said there was no available cabins. Anyways i left multiple voicemails and never received a call back. A couple days later i went online to find there was a cabin open so I rented it. After going to checkout they tacked on a bunch of unnecessary charges. My husband called all day Thursday trying to cancel our reservation after finding out check was 4pm and water zone closed at 6pm, water zone opened next morning at 10a but we had to be checked out by 11a. After calling over 10 times he finally spoke to someone that didn’t work there believe her name was Barb but she let him know we could cancel our reservation but we wouldn’t be getting our money back. So we kept our reservation and showed up Saturday and they let us know we’d be charged more for our children and our reservation didnt include them. Only me and my husband for our 6 person cabin? We didn’t get into our cabin until late that night and noticed blood on the pillows, black mold growing on the walls, bugs everywhere, so dirty and nasty. The cabin was not clean. Hot water didn’t work. No tv like it advertised, Wi-Fi didnt work. Bed in living room would not fold down into a bed. Shower house showers also didnt work or there was one that worked but no hot water. One of the children in the cabin is autistic and there was a pond in front of our cabin. Went to locked the doors before bed and couldnt because the lock was broken. Dirty dishes in cabin. Activities were not included with our stay like we were told. Water park bathrooms were nasty, floors were covered in an inch of water and smelt like urine. Kids area at pool should of been shut down, slimy, algae growing on slide and spigot that was suppose to be hooked up to slide was laying on the ground. Barely any staff anywhere. And every staff member had a different answer for us. Then when we went to checkout i addressed all of my problems and asked to speak with management and was told management wasn’t there. I was told I was checked out and good to go. I would LOVE a refund but can’t seem to get anyone to answer my many phone calls, emails or messages I left.

Wonderful area, big site for our rig and family. Wonderful amenities. Friendly staff, friendly other campers. Clean. Lots of things to do or see. Loved the app!My only wish is that things were enforced. Lots of golf carts going very fast, faster than posted speed limit. Kids standing in truck beds, riding/sitting in the windows while moving. Lots of unattended children at several locations and even dogs off leash.

Overall a good trip, have noticed a decline in recent years. The roads in the park need some serious replacing. Went to play putt putt and didn’t have any balls available with about 20 people playing. Would suggest getting more of those. Kids loved the bounce pad, didn’t have any water balloons available, and just overall the area up there seems like it’s starting to deteriorate. Which is sad cause my family loves the park. The camping is great, trash picked up, WiFi in the park doesn’t hardly work connects for a second then kicks you off. Golf cart rental is nice option, highly recommend those. Staff were nice and courteous. Hope this place can get some funding to make repairs and keep open!

We loved the camp ground, my only complaints are. Roads need to be repaired, water park felt kinda dirty the restrooms at the water park were disgusting.
