Camper spots were spacious and had tree cover on most lots. Fire pits were nice. All water, waste, electric worked, but cable TV (advertised) did not. The front office check in/store is not very user friendly, instead of so many shirts, shoes etc, how bout some bacon, butter, stuff to cook with. There is not a store within miles to get some you may have forgotten. The water park needs updating, it's getting old. The mini golf was nice, but we asked for balls and they didn't have any extra. The pillow jump pad was nice-girls loved that. Overall, solid park, but you guys need to update some things as listed. TV in water park bar for people to watch cardinals, World Cup etc would be nice.

The house keeping and counter attendant were great. The wave pool wasn’t working and one window in our cabin, 24, didn’t close all the way. Had to stuff the curtain to keep bugs out. Also the cooking utensils are getting less and less. We’ve been coming there for years. Thought when Jellystone took it over you might upgrade things.

We love camping there. The waterpark and all of the activities are great for the grandkids. The only thing keeping this from a 5 star review was the bathroom maintenance. The men's room was out of TP all day Saturday. I used hand towels the first time and disposed of them in the trash can. Other campers appeared to be doing the same thing. Subsequent visits I took my own TP and needed it every time; even after it was cleaned (floor was freshly mopped). Eventually someone tried flushing the hand towels and it became a plugged up mess. At that time I walked to the office to report it and they didn't seem that interested in doing anything about it. I had one in my RV that I eventually had to resort to (I try to avoid that), but tent campers don't have that option. This has never been a problem before, but after reading recent reviews that the park was going downhill, I thought I should mention it to you and not post it on social media.

I had paid for the bear visit with souvenir's and scheduled it for 4pm on Thursday, June 25th no one showed up - i asked at the desk and they said sorry he will be there at 630pm - they did not show up until after 8pm, at that point our 1 yr old grandson was already in bed and the 3 yr old was getting ready to get in bed. I was bummed that we had waited all evening. I think I should get my money back....As for the property, it seems like it is getting very runned down - there was no outdoor movie - the machine was broke - there was only Yogi Bear no BooBoo or Cindy Bear....Up at the pool in the campground there is alot of standing water going into the bathroom from the pool - which would be okay, but it was slimy and my 3yr old granddaughter slid and fell in it.The waterpark needs a good cleaning in the bathroom, oyyy what a mess! The picnic tables are in poor shape they really need sanded and stained or just new ones. The small baby pool with the frog slide was not even open, which would have been perfect for our 1 yr old grandson. The wave pool wasn't working, so that was a bummer as wellThe snack place where you get burgers and stuff from, took forever, we waited 40 minutes for one burger basket - at one point while in line, the ice bin was empty and instead of telling someone they needed ice, they were just telling customers sorry we are out of ice... it was 95 degrees outside! You really should allow people to bring their own water drinks/small cooler in, especially if you run out of ice...I really feel like the money spent was not really worth it.our reservation was under Chris Wiegard name, June 25th to June 29th.

Water park was dated and rundown, photos online appear to be taken from "good" angles. Wave pool was broken, not enough staff to run all the slides. Trash was not picked up every evening. Women's restroom and showers were amazing however mens were in worse shape then most truck stops.Putting grounds, were nice but dated.

No money is being put into this place. No trash bags. Air conditioner is taped. Flies are infested in the cabins. We came 10 years ago and it looked better then. Over priced general store. Over priced cabins and like I said before none of this money is being put back into the park!

The Ranger Station has anything you've forgotten. The cabins are clean. The environment is family friendly. I have stayed many times and never had any issues.

The room was dirty, the ac sucked, the TV cable didn't work but they finally fixed the second day, I thought the water a the baby play area in the water park was dirty, they didn't have any ice on Monday. It's a nice place but they need to work on the basic day today things better

We stayed in the Steamboat Inn. Clean, comfortable room. Park was nicely set up and offered several activities, especially for children.
