The park was nice and staff very friendly. Our RV site was not ready when we arrived. No picnic table, no fire ring and electricity pole issues that made our first several hours frustrating and hot since we couldn't turn on our ac until we determined the power issue was not with our equipment but the parks pole. Maintenance was great but we had to keep calling him out just so we could set up during the hottest part of the day.

Lots of fun, enjoyed it, will be back.

Our cabin was filthy, bug infested, and moldy with water damage. I told them the morning after we arrived how bad it was. They sent house keeping but all they did was sweep up dead bugs. There was dried pee around bottom of toilet that I told cleaning and ranger station about but no one cleaned. We left a day early because it was so awful in the cabin we just felt disgusted. I also told them when I turned in my key about it and all I got was I’m sorry.Your pictures online do not portray what your cabins are like and I would not recommend that anyone rent a cabin from you. Your pictures online need updated to show how bad your cabins are..The kids enjoyed the waterpark but 3 slides were out of commission so they didn’t get the full experience.I know you won’t do anything about it but I feel we way over paid for that cabin you advertised. My grandkids were so excited for that stay and it was for sure over shadowed by the shape the cabin was in..

Slip-n-slide needs to be bigger.. More of an experience like a big blowup one is what we were expecting. Laser tag should definitely be included in the price of stay. Staff need walkie-talkies to communicate because no one seems to know what’s going on and I spent a lot of time bouncing around asking. Bathrooms need to be cleaner. campsite 27 Electric is broken.

The last time we came here was in 2018 and I am sad to say I would not recommend or come back. The waterpark is extremely rundown, especially the kids area for the younger ones. I have pictures showing how vibrant and clear the water was along with everything else working and when you look at it today, it’s all dull and run down. One area has no water in it another area the concrete is all yellow and it makes the water look extremely gross. Our cabin had no AC and the bathroom was not working. Looked like nobody even cared about the way the cabins looked to make them clean. I have pictures of what the outside of the toilet looked like, tv or WiFi did not work. No broom or pan to sweep up messes, Nothing on the windows to block for privacy. We had to use our own blankets that we brought. The cabins should be sprayed on the outside and inside very often and this can pretty much keep things from getting inside and being worried something will crawl in your ear. The company needs to re evaluate because this could be a great place.

The lake lodge was very good for big group of 10 adult men needs a little bit of updating on grill and kitchen utensils but other than that it was very comfortable

The campground was nice with plenty of trees. Some of the bear activities listed didn’t seem to happen, but we did the wagon ride one day (no bear). The golf course needs a leaf blower and maybe trees planted or shades. The pillow pad and water park were a lot of fun. Obviously more could be functioning and cleaner in the water zone. Kid zone had brown water. But we still had a blast as a family. If there are more half off stay sales, we can return!

We had a lovely family experience in Yogi Bear cabin 1! The cousins loved cruising around in the golf cart and all of the activities in the activity center! Everyone was so. Ice and helpful. The WaterPark was awesome, but very dirty and some of the slides were not operating. The wave pool made upFor those shortcomings and the kids played there for hours. Overall, an excellent long weekend for our extended family - as long as expectations were managed.

Very outdated not enough staff on property the lady who checks people in has a horrible attitude the food at the snack shack is not edible my corn dog was frozen my cabin wasn’t clean all the way we found trash in our room from the last guest I usually go to the Jellystone in eureka definitely will be sticking to that location

Our cabin was definitely not as clean as it should have been. There was dust and bugs all over the trim and above the bathroom. The drawers and cabinets dishes were in were dusty and nasty. Our TV did not work when we got there. They did replace it but we had no remote. Beds are really hard. Now the activity director ( i believer her name was Pam) was great and some of the ones helping with activities. The woman directing the water park ( believe her name was Ashley) was amazing and constantly jumped in anywhere needed. My 12 and 6 year old enjoyed the water park but life guards were not very friendly and they really wanted that purple slide opened.
