This Jellystone location needs much maintenance and updating. Asphalt roads have so many potholes that it feels like a gravel road. The Water Zone needs a coat of paint in many areas including the tot area and wave pool. The baby pool didn’t have water, we assumed that it was because of the very large crack that probably drained the water. There were broken toilets in the restrooms and not enough showers for the tents. For the price we paid, we thought this RV resort would be much better than it was. The only good thing was that it was a very quiet campground even on the weekend.

The employees are phenomenal. The facilities are the worst Jellystone facilities I've ever experienced. Plumbing issues, dirty bathrooms, cabins in complete disrepair, a deflated jumping pillows, crafts that didn't exist, no movie nights. It feels like the firm who bought the place spent a lot of money on a wave pool and let the rest of the place fall apart.

The park is showing its age and lack of upkeep. At the water park the pool has 3 ladders, none had full set of steps on them. Comfort stations were not clean, toilets stopped up. Cabin we rented was somewhat dirty. Not expecting a 5 star resort, but just not well maintained b

Pot holes on the drive to the park.No signs for where to check in.No movie night as announced.Rules not enforced (especially underage driving golf carts and at faster speeds).Gift shop/store not open.At the pool-the washer was draining (suds and all) into the concrete pool area.As much as Jellystone Parks charge you should be able to keep up with these things...There is more but cannot think of them right this moment.

Nice big park. Didn't like that we had to share a water hook up with another camper. This cause issues with the water pressure in our camper. Bathrooms need some attention. Waterpark was fun but again the bathrooms needed cleaned and maybe mats on the floor to deal with all the water and slip hazards.

The only complaint would be the laser tag, we had a big group and i paid for 14 kids to do the laser tag course, however, it was in the parking lot with nothing to hide behind, not worth it! $140 for 10 minutes of standing and shooting.

My family had a great time! It was our first time visiting. We enjoyed all the amenities including the catch and release fishing (kids caught a lot of fish!)I would recommend adding more staff for check in as the line was very long and a painfully slow process. Also, it would have been helpful to know that the golf cart is equipped with a charger and we are responsible for keeping it charged. The cart died on Saturday and we were inconvenienced for several hours while it recharged. Denise was very helpful getting us going as quick as possible, but that mishap could have been avoided if I were aware of the charger at check in. Otherwise, we enjoyed the park and will plan on returning at some point.

We went last year after the school year started but before labor day and found out the waterpark was closed. This year we decided to visit for a longer stay during peak summer to enjoy all the amentities. We booked 3 RV spots in a row and upon arrival, one of the 3 spots had an electrical issue. We went to the front desk and the handyman was coming to look at it. While it took about 30 min for him to be located and ready to look at the issue, he glanced at it and said he would be back. After another 30 minutes or so of him not returning, we went back to the front. The workers joked that he was a hard one to keep track of and he wasn't answering their phone calls. We finally located him taking out the trash, needless to say, frusterated that he never returned. When we talked to him he said he didn't have the part to fix it because they had to order it in bulk. While this is unfortunate, how do you expect to fix issues without having the proper parts on hand? The best part is that this spot is still available to book for this upcoming weekend, knowing that it didn't work 2 days ago. Trying to figure out a replacement spot for part of our group was another overly difficult tast. While the young girls working up front were doing the best that they were working with, there was no real leadership on site for a busy check in on fathers day weekend or for when something would go wrong. We finally were able to find another site still nearby after trying to book it on my own phone to show them that it was available because their system wouldn't show it. Our group got partially moved and finally setup in the dark after trying to get setup for 2 hours at this point. There was no calls from management, no outreach or support, compensation offered or anything for the inconvenience. When the manager was around when we were addressing the problem of the broken down golf cart we rented, she would answer the girls questions and approved a day refund but never communicated with our group at all, after numerous issues at this point. The lack of support that the front desk associates had is insane. The front desk constantly had long lines with only one (maybe two) associate(s) trying to check in guests, ring up purchases, rent out golf carts, address concerns, ect.Overall the RV spots were perfect, we had a nice shaded area with a picnic table and firepit and nice space between our sites, however everything else is run down and in a state of disrepair (besides the general store). The cartoon cafe was out of cheese for pizza, their ice cream machine was broke and were out of a couple other small things so I wouldn't plan on being able to eat there since their inventory is unreliable. This was for dinner on thursday night going into the weekend. The pool was disgusting and the kids didn't even want to swim in it. It had clearly not been skimmed in a minute (I did notice someone finally skimming Saturday AM). The laundry room leaks suds and water onto the pavement next to the pool and it desperately needs some cosmetic attention. We hit up the water park in the afternoon and the kiddie pool with the frog slide still wasn't working, was full of overgrown weeds and just sat empty. The kiddie pool with the climbing house and slides was mostly operational besides a few water towers & sprayers being partially broken or not on at all, but again, needs a desperate touch of paint. It looks like an abandoned water park in a horror movie would. Overall, the kids had fun at the water park which was a win since the pool was a let down. The next day we ended up just leaving the park entirely and going to the mark twain beach. The place is seriously understaffed, I feel bad for the workers as they try and juggle it all and run around just trying to solve problems left and right. This place has so much potenital but is such a disappointment. For the price to stay, I would recommend looking elsewhere. We have been to multiple Jellystone parks but wont be giving this one a 3rd chance.

Mostly good…water park was closed one of the days so I feel I should get a free pass for another day…. The laser tag was misleading and a rip off…playing in the parking lot in a wide open space instead of using the laser tag course was not how it was described
