Park was nice, men's bathhouse and restrooms were worse then truck stops but the women's were amazing. Waterpark was dated and understaffed part of the slides could not be ran because they did not have enough people. The wave pool was off some staff said it was broken others said it was staffing, and another said it was just not on that day.

We love staying here! The staff is great and there is always so much fun to do. Last year we were concerned about the condition of the bathroom at the campground and the water park and hoped it would improve. It was even worse this year. The men’s restroom room by the pool on the campground was horrible. One working toilet and it was full! I this is going to keep people away. I love it there but even I am considering going elsewhere.

This was our first time at a Jellystone and we will not visit others if they’re all like this one! Check-in doesn’t start until 4:00 PM yet the water park closes at 6:00 PM!! I have no idea what we are paying for as a one night guest if you can get, at most, 2 hours at the water park. There should be a discounted rate if only staying one night as you have very little access to the amenities. Also, the roads both in the campground and surrounding are terrible!! There seems to be no maintenance or upkeep to paving the campground or road attached. Also, there was trash everywhere!! Our site was full of littered trash as if no one had even bothered preparing it for the next camper. Also, there’s little training for those working the cafe/shop. The customer service interaction was non-existent. The girl preparing my son’s ice cream cup put the handle of his spoon IN HER MOUTH prior to placing it in his bowl. She also made a complete mess of his topping all over his cup and the counter. They were out of many things at the cafe but didn’t tell us until after we paid. This was a terrible Jellystone experience and it leaves me having no desire to ever visit one again!

It was great, a lot for the kids to do, especially the water park. Only a couple reasons not 5 stars, which are primarily bathrooms (out of service toilets and showers were disappointing, the far south shower house was air conditioned but neither male shower was functioning). Also, would have bought more drinks at waterpark of a specialty beer selection or more frozen adult drink options). Would suggest July 4th parade and activities focused later in the day, most are at water park when the activities were occuring.

The campground and water park both need some serious TLC. We specifically came to this campground because of the splash pad and baby area. We were extremely disappointed that the baby pool was closed. The splash area was also not suitable for small children. Every single side had a large water sprayer. My 4 year old is an excellent swimmer, but she refused to go near the splash area because of this. It also desperately needs a paint job. I am always willing to pay the higher price for a Jellystone because the campgrounds are usually spotless and the activities are plentiful. These bathrooms were always covered in bugs and needed some serious maintenance. The activities were mostly geared to pay options and the free activities were lame - like stopping by the store to eat watermelon. The lack of inclusive and fun activities was very disappointing.

Most everything was exceptional. A general refresh of the outside of the General store would be nice (maybe just a power wash) and maybe treat the water of the kiddie pool and other pool with the black water slide. The water looked greenish yellow and was filled with.bugs. The sites are good, activities are always awesome.

We were a bit anxious about our stay after reading some of the other reviews BUT we had an excellent experience. We were delayed a day and when I called to let them know they answered quickly and even offered to let us extend instead of missing a day.We pulled in and the park was packed with families but everyone was very respectful and honestly it was so quiet even with all the kids running around and having a good time.We got checked in quickly and efficiently. Hooked up and then just relaxed and enjoyed our time. The waterpark was awesome! So clean and the staff was sooooo nice. It’s an older park so it is not perfect but they were doing a great job keeping up with everything on a super busy holiday weekend. They had a wonderful fireworks show for the 4th.They said trash would be picked up every night at 6 but we saw them coming around multiple times each day.I can’t comment on the cabins, bathhouses or restaurant as we didn’t use those facilities but I can say they were busy and the cabins were fairly full.So I would tell people to go and relax and take it for what it is. It’s an older campground that is not perfect. As one person told us….”this is camping, not the Hilton!”We would go back for sure!!!

Even though the cabin appeared to have been painted recently or in recent years, the cabin was not well maintained. Missing trim. Oval toilet seat on a round toilet. Linoleum in bathroom, seemed to be put on over a soft/sketchy floor. Beds/mattresses were extremely old and uncomfortable. They hey ride was good and I appreciated some of the other park entertainment and facilities.
