We enjoyed our visit at your park.

The campground overall was good. Our site (32) was a tight fit because of a tree that did not allow us to back up farther. We have a 36ft trailer. There was also standing water in large holes where we assumed someone parked in the grass and where there was grass, the weeds were tall. If I had one suggestion, I think the sites need some refreshing with grass and landscaping. We noted some other sites that were not far from the rv pool that had standing water on the concrete pads. Every staff member we met was friendly. No complaints about staff. They had very little choices of food at the Water Zone also. They were out of about 1/2 the food on Friday mid day.

I was only there for a couple of hours because we couldn’t stay in any of the bug infested cabins available. Manager Denise tried very hard to find us a cabin with no bugs but the place was packed with only 2 cabins available, first one had so many bugs flying around in it, you couldn’t stand in it much less sleep in it. Ants crawling in the windows in the loft area, wasps coming from somewhere inside, shower leaking. Old building supplies laying next to it under a tarp. Told them about it, they tried to open another cabin for us, but didn’t clean it, there was old cooked bacon and dead bugs all over the floor, windows, beds and in the bathroom there was large hole in the floor with what looked like mold around it. Not something anyone should pay any amount of money to stay in. The potholes thru out the park are big enough to mess the front end of your vehicle up.Didn’t get to experience any amenities because we left. Denise did refund us for our cabin and golf cart rental. But they still took $10 for whatever reason.Could be an amazing place if cleaned and maintained.

We enjoyed the camp ground. The road needs replaced badly. I got stung by a wasp. They built a nest in the power pedestal on our sight. Luckly the breaker was off. When I plugged in my power cord. All the outlets an wires fell out. I was fortunate together bs m I. Place and not get shocked. This was reported to camp staff maintenance. When we left this morning. It was still not repaired.

Unfortunately, this place has gone downhill significantly over the last few years, and I was very disappointed with the overall experience. There were issues everywhere we looked. The staff seemed unknowledgeable and often unable to resolve basic problems. Several things throughout the property were broken, our TV didn't work, menu prices didn't match what we were actually charged, and staff struggled to figure out how to process a gift card. Our room also had spiders and other bugs, which was disappointing and raised concerns about the property's upkeep. The waterpark needs major attention as well. There were very few lifeguards on duty, and those who were present often appeared distracted. At one point, lifeguards were playing catch with children in the pool and interacting with a young boy rather than actively monitoring swimmers. Given that their primary responsibility is safety, this was concerning to witness. We also splurged on a golf cart rental for nearly $180 for two days, and it was not worth the cost. The battery was not fully charged when we received it and wouldn't even last a full day of normal use. We had to stop what we were doing to charge it during our stay, and there were very few charging locations available that we could find. After plugging it in, we then had to walk back to our room. The golf cart was also missing a side mirror and generally appeared worn down and poorly maintained. If premium prices are being charged, the equipment should be properly maintained and ready to use.The biggest issue, however, was the cleanliness. Every bathroom and shower area we encountered on the property was absolutely disgusting. There was trash scattered throughout, overflowing garbage cans, missing toilet paper and paper towels, wet floors, unpleasant odors, and a general lack of upkeep. It was clear that cleanliness was not being prioritized. For the price charged, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. Sadly, this experience did not come close to meeting expectations, and unless significant improvements are made, I would not return.

The park is amazing and so welcoming and helpful. We had an issue with something dead under our cabin CB 24 but it was at night when we would hang out in the yard mainly and everyone was closed. I did not try to call so it was my fault. The cabins had a nice space to accommodate our group even when it was raining.

Our family recently stayed at Jellystone Park at Mark Twain Lake and while there were some positives, overall I left feeling disappointed—particularly with the condition and supervision of the waterpark area.To start with the positives: the campground staff themselves were friendly, accommodating, and pleasant to interact with throughout our stay. We appreciated their willingness to help when needed.Unfortunately, the overall upkeep of the property did not match expectations. The landscaping appeared neglected in many areas and several campsites felt unmaintained and less inviting than expected. My biggest concern was the waterpark, specifically both maintenance and safety. There were multiple areas that appeared unsafe and in need of immediate attention. Several railings were noticeably loose and wobbly, to the point that they appeared close to coming unscrewed. There was also an electrical box near the pool area left open and exposed. Extension cords just sitting around. Additionally, a support beam above the lazy river that appears to contain electrical casing looked significantly rotted and concerning from a structural standpoint.Beyond maintenance concerns, the level of lifeguard attentiveness was troubling. During our visit, lifeguards were frequently wearing AirPods while on duty, and in some cases appeared to be using their phones and watching videos while monitoring waterslides. This created the appearance that attention was divided and raised serious concerns about emergency response readiness. Lifeguards should be actively observing guests and able to hear and respond immediately if assistance is needed. This did not inspire confidence in the safety of the water attractions.Additionally, smaller amenities were not consistently maintained—such as putt putt, where golf balls were repeatedly unavailable. The water balloon zone was not even up and working as bird nests were built inside the tipped over structure. If certain areas are not going to be available for guests to use, it would only be fair that you update the website, letting them know.We chose this campground expecting a fun and safe family experience and left feeling disappointed, primarily because of conditions that seemed preventable with better maintenance and supervision. I hope management takes these concerns seriously, as the park has potential and the staff interactions showed positives, but improvements are needed to create the experience the is marketed on your website that guests expect and deserve.

Sadly the park is not well kept. Most things broke, trash everywhere, electrical box’s wide open, trees and weeds growing in places they shouldn’t… we love coming but definitely think there needs to be some work put back into this place

I have been to this campground numerous times through the past 10 years. All but two visits were with previous owners. I was hopeful that Jellystone would start to take care of it and bring it back to life. This was our first stay at an RV site and it was fine, beside there wasn’t any water by our electric and sewer so we had to use it from the opposite side of our trailer. However, a friend rented a cabin and couldn’t even stay. They were full of bugs and mold. There was a hole in the floor in bathroom, bacon under the fridge, and it was “just cleaned” specifically for her since her first cabin was inhabitable. The cleaner left all their supplies, but yet didn’t clean anything. She was given a full refund, but had some very disappointed kids. The shower house and restrooms were so filthy and didn’t have any soap to wash your hands. The place is falling apart, multiple buildings were in disrepair. No one supervises the activities and so many people were not following safety rules which caused my son to get hurt. The roads are full of pot holes, the waterpark water looks dirty. The one slide isn’t working and the zero entry baby splash pad isn’t being used. The lifeguard at the red and white slide was not even paying attention to when kids came into the water and when they got out. The tiki bar didn’t have any frozen drinks. You couldn’t use a card to pay at the bar or sweet shop and had to wait in another line to pay at the snack shack. The staff was friendly. The ranger station was also lacking in necessities if you forgot something, but had plenty of branded merch as well as toys and gadgets for kids.
