We camped here in 2021 and it was amazing the foam party was awesome compared to whatever paycuts yall did this time around. The waterpark was way ran down. I will say the kids working were nice and had good attitudes. We will drive the extra hour illinios location was by far way better!

Look at Google review or call me since ive been in the office and left my number. Ill also be calling corporate if not. This is unacceptable for a jellystone affiliation after the amount of one's ive stayed at.

Everyone enjoyed themselves overall. Some staff had no information when asking questions, had to go find someone regarding items missing from cabin and finally got to the right person that helped us, few activities were changed but app was not updated so we missed and during check in staff didn't provide info on where things were, things to watch for, etc. They gave keys and sent on our way. Had to ask several questions and then stopped after they couldn't answer. We will return but staff could use some additional training on basic items.

We loved our Lot #138! Thinking of becoming seasonal campers. Denise was great help for another upcoming stay we have in July! She also provided all the information we need as far as seasonal camping information.

Roads in bad shape. All the plugs at the rv site did not work so we could not charge our rented golf cart. Cafe staff gaslight us into thinking their errors were ours. Lifeguards at the water park did not pay attention. Another visitor had to help a child and finally the guard noticed after others were yelling because they were on their phone. We will not be back.

Cabin was so dirty. Bed was hard and had hair everywhere and dirt. The loft had cuss words written on the ceiling. The kitchen was stocked with a few random items, not enough to cook a meal. The water park booked too many cabana so we didn’t get ours. Staff was amazing! Cafe is over priced and not good food

I didn't give a five star because the place was run down. There were so many things that were broken. The staff worked their butt off to make up for the broken things, and were wonderful. The place could definitely use some TLC and maybe some of the money that is nickel and dimed back into the location.
