Upon arrival we had a faulty 30a outlet and it took over 2 hours to get us in a new site. Maintenance all around is poor. “Manager” was unavailable

Cabin toilet would not flush. All the extra toilets in the campground were clogged up. Office personnel could not understand English to take care of the problem.

The water park was great! The mini golf was fun. Cabin was disgusting . Not clean cobwebs spiders. Felt like toilet was falling thru the floor. Not hardly any eating utensils. Bathrooms by the pool were disgusting. Toilet paper and soap everywhere. Pee on toilets. Cabin was very moldy and moldy smelling.

We stayed in the lodge. It worked very good for our family. Plenty of room and you could not beat the location. Right on the lake. Lots of fishing, cooking, and making memories. There were just a few things that could have been improved upon. The lodge holds 16 but only 6 towels between the two bathrooms. No washcloths. The kitchen did not have any dishcloths or towels. The biggest issue was the ants. No matter what we did there were ants all over the counters. Especially on the peninsula.

So much to list. First of all when we got there we had no hot water because someone knocked the meter off of the outside wall. They were working on it but Denise did a great job moving us to a different unit. I had no complaints about the 2nd cabin. The employees are clueless and most do not care. If you ask them a question about activities and things about the facility they just look at each other like neither have a clue. I feel like the characters should be more active. We saw Yogi once and he was great. That young man was very engaging. I feel like you should have the character walk through the water park and engage as well. The water park on Monday was out of burgers, nachos, chicken bites etc. For a kid friendly resort it really wasn't. We stayed at St. Louis Eureka jellystone last year and their were so many employees constantly engaging with the kids and the Characters were out a lot. Someone needs to take a trip to that one and see how things are done. It was totally kid friendly and so we're all of the workers .

Our family enjoyed the park. We stayed in the Boo boo cabin, the exterior of the cabin could definitely use some maintenance. There were holes in the siding and birds made nests inside the roof.

My family loves camping at Jelly Stone Park, there are a few things that would be more accommodating, fire pit grates at every campsite. Also a more flat spot to put your tent. A shower/or another bathroom by the campsites. The main road is awful, maybe see if the corps would help out with the road since the boaters use the road. The Waterpark needs some updating, purple slide has been out of use for years take it out get a different one. The lazy river looked like pee water. And the kiddy area is very aged and half of it doesn’t work. Also they had hardly any food options in the waterpark with 4 hungry boys food is a must!Just a few observations from campers that stay almost every summer.
