It seemed like a money grab! You need to pay per person even when staying in your own RV. You can’t bring your own golf cart even if it is licensed and insured. There was no life guard at the pool or water park and kids were going down the slides 4-5 at a time which is dangerous.

Other than the air conditioning never ending and it being frigid at night in W1, it was amazing

This is our 5th year coming! We absolutely love it here and love how family oriented this place is. Will be back for the 6th trip

I was disappointed in the quality of the cabins. For a family of 4 we paid $292 a night for three nights, and for that price the cabins should have been better kept. The fridge was covered in rust, the microwave turntable didn’t work, half the outlets didn’t work, the shower was covered in mold, the spigots were covered in erosion, the drawers on the only wardrobe/dresser in the main bedroom were broken and had a bunch of white powder in them, the bedroom TV didn’t work. That’s just to list a few of the issues. For that price, we were expecting better quality and upkeep. We also were disappointed that neither the ice cream place or food truck was open during our visit. Literally all three days both were closed the entire time, and online the hours show daily openings, so that was disappointing that the only onsite food service was closed the entire time.

The park itself is great. The cabins need remolded in areas and deeper cleaning. Long hairs were on the shower walls. Dirt on the carpet in the lofts so clearly no vacuuming was done. Dead bugs on the window sills in the kitchen. Made us not want to stay in the cabins.

Power outages 3 days in a row. (Thurs-Sat) The 3rd one was 4pm Saturday until sometime after we left on Sunday morning. No staff communication to campers. (Like come through with a bull horn and let people know it's not their camper, no need to check breaker boxes and fuses, they are aware of the outage) No power meant no water, no internet, no activities, no pool. Roads are not paved. They are worn down gravel. TONS of dust. Golf carts running through with no controlled speed. WORKERS on golf carts riding at excessive speed on these dust graveled roads. Our site was where the work campers had their rv's and they were always speeding up and down to get to their sites. The office was called twice on the issue, and it still continued.Customer Service and a phone call could have improved the experience. Notifying the campers of what was happening and trying to make amends would have improved the experience. Wendy at the office took my calls during and after our stay. She said Tabitha was the manager. We were scheduled to stay through Monday and had to leave Sunday morning before the office opened. You can't stay at a campground with no power and no water when you are not prepared to have to be in those conditions. (can't charge a phone, take a shower, flush your toilet, wash your kids hands) I have left several messages with Wendy for Tabitha. NO ONE will call me back. I was told the reason for the power outages was the town. For all 3 days? If that was the case, people should get reimbursements and Yogi Bear should get it back from the town. If it was my business, I'd be having a fit because it's affecting my guests. Hundreds of guests. I requested a refund for my Sunday night stay due to all of the issues stated. Again, no one will call me back. We will NOT recommend this park, nor will we ever go back.Fortunately we were there on discounted rates since it was early June. I don't think any campground is worth $100/night. Most of the kids activities were mostly completed for them before they got there. (slime was already made, they just add sparkles?) Ceramics were really expensive. Fix the roads so you aren't camping in a dust cloud. Have the workers set a golf cart speed example when traveling through the grounds, and control the people who wish to joyride through the park.

Milton's campground is kept clean and beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful at every turn, and it did not hurt that we had beautiful sunny days every day. I am sure Yogi had something to do with that.

We’re not allowed to check in until exactly at 4 pm. We sat on the porch during a thunderstorm until check in was allowed. Need to be more accommodating like a hotel, as long as the rooms ready, you can check in. ( the cabin was ready)
