Major complaint: people (adults and kids) walked through our campsite. Literally right in front of us while cooking, sitting at our table, during sitting at our campfire, right next to my RV window while I was changing! The walk thru path was 2 sites down but there was no signage to take the paths or easily recognizable. We even parked our cars sideways across the site in front and back, and people still walked AROUND our cars and thru our site. I am concerned about safety and security of our items.Had a few problems but staff was quick to resolve them.1. our site was a "sister site" in which we would have been forced to share space with strangers. It was not on the website or map as such. Even the next site people didn't know either. We had a pull thru and turned our RV the other site, ran connections underneath. Moved the picnic table over. We shared the space and firepit with the cabin C21 as our family stayed in there.2. The cabin C21 had 6 people. Only supplied sheets for enough for 3 of 5 beds. Delivered the next day bc housekeeping and we dealt without sheets for a night.3. Needed firewood and camp store was "open" until 9pm. We arrived at 8:53pm and doors were locked. Worker was counting money and opened up after I begged him (used cash and told him to keep the change)4. Ice cream shop had hours posted but was closed as of 2:30pm. It was a hot and busy Saturday. I asked activities office and was told they were short staffed. Then it opened at 3:15pm.5. Many kids and adults not wearing wristbands as required at the waterpark. They were rowdy and it was crowded. Not sure if they belonged in the campground. No workers or supervision/lifeguards at any point at the park. There's no security at the entrance of the campground. Anyone could have wandered in.Overall the activities and organization was good. We had fun with the kids at many events.

We didn’t enjoy the pool and splash pad. My daughter is 6 and both areas were dominated by older kids - I’d say 11-14 year olds. In the pool boys were throwing a football pretty hard and it almost hit her. I think if a lifeguard were on staff to help maintain order this would greatly help fix the issue we experienced. I was disappointed because I was really hoping my daughter would have a fun time.Cabin met expectations however the dust accumulating from the fan lights and the support beam was really heavy.Overall the camp was nice but those issues put a damper on the experience.

Love the park. Rented 3 cabins and all were nice and clean. The pool and water park were fantastic. My entire family of 21 really enjoyed the facility. And the gentleman that worked the food truck and fed my entire family deserves a lot of credit. He did a fabulous job. And the food tasted great...! The entire staff was very friendly. Thank you.

We had a great time! The splash pad was so fun! My only complaint would be 90% of the activities cost money. There should be more free activities.

Overall great time. Like the activities , pool, splash pad. Our cabin AC wasn’t the best even though we had it on the lowest setting . Your app activities should be more clear on some of the experiences. For example : bubble with the bear is listed for 1 hour . Some people there were very upset that the bear had left after only a few minutes … after they spent $90 on bubble guns. My grandsons were early so they did see the bear before it left and then when it came back after the people complained about the situation. In my opinion a few of the employees were rude when saying they were only suppose to be there a few minutes because that was a PAID experience but that is definitely not listed on the activity app. I also didn’t appreciate that while sitting there, the employees continued to bitch about the patrons after they had left. Very unprofessional and disrespectful in my opinion . I came very close to going over and calling them out about it. They were also bitching about the kids getting bubbles on the bear. #1- they are kids! They don’t know any better ! #2- maybe not do bubbles with the bear if it’s 2 minutes long and the bear can’t get bubbles on it. Overall, the employees should not be bitching about customers while other customers are sitting there in ear shot ! Very rude! We pay a lot of money to camp there .Other than that, we still love the park. The pool looked much better this year too! Could actually see the bottom which was nice

My children had a great time. Our cabin was dirty when we arrived. The loft had a huge chunk of hair right in the middle of the floor. And there was a toy under a pillow. The sheets were dirty, there was a pink footprint on the mattress protector. The door handle on the screen door was broken. And the faucet leaked. We’ve been coming for three years and we noticed that things don’t get fixed in the cabins. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Especially the rangers at the activity center. There doesn’t seem to be enough help at the main office especially during check in and check out times.

We enjoyed our time at the Milton Jellystone. The staff was engaged and helpful during the various activities that we participated in during our stay. One recommendation for the activities would be more precise instructions or cost involved for each activity. The pool appears to be older and could probably use an up date in the next year or two.
