See the other reviews I left this week. I'm still waiting on a call from someone there about my refund. Ridiculous, horrible customer service.

We absolutely loved your park while camping. The only thing I can really complain about is how you do your check-in and check- out service. People shouldn't be getting told that they have to wait until 4:00pm to check-in when it's 3:55pm. And then you have a huge line of people plus people shopping and wanting fire wood delivered and grills delivered, all with only one staff member doing it all. That is unacceptable! If he could have checked people in starting at 3:30pm when people started showing up to check-in then this cluster of people and impatientness from the people wouldn't have been going on. You need to let people start checking in at 3:30pm as long as the site at which they are staying is ready to go. Having one person do all these things and then making people wait because of 30 minutes is ridiculous!! Then check-out pretty much the exact same thing when it comes to how people check out. There were two people this time but again they were all over the place and there was no form of a line and people standing everywhere and getting upset because they didnt know where to stand or which line was which. You need to have a strict check out line and then another line that takes care of everything else from 9:00am when the store opens to 11:00am when check-out time ends. These also need to be clearly marked so people arnt getting upset and being told they're in the wrong line. Again, other than your terrible check-in/check-out process the week for us was fantastic. We truly loved everything about it. Also maybe you could re-evaluate when you close the splash pad. I think 6:00pm is a little early to close and in my opinion should be open until at least 8:00pm in the months of June, July, and August.

It seemed like a money grab! You need to pay per person even when staying in your own RV. You can’t bring your own golf cart even if it is licensed and insured. There was no life guard at the pool or water park and kids were going down the slides 4-5 at a time which is dangerous.

Other than the air conditioning never ending and it being frigid at night in W1, it was amazing

I was disappointed in the quality of the cabins. For a family of 4 we paid $292 a night for three nights, and for that price the cabins should have been better kept. The fridge was covered in rust, the microwave turntable didn’t work, half the outlets didn’t work, the shower was covered in mold, the spigots were covered in erosion, the drawers on the only wardrobe/dresser in the main bedroom were broken and had a bunch of white powder in them, the bedroom TV didn’t work. That’s just to list a few of the issues. For that price, we were expecting better quality and upkeep. We also were disappointed that neither the ice cream place or food truck was open during our visit. Literally all three days both were closed the entire time, and online the hours show daily openings, so that was disappointing that the only onsite food service was closed the entire time.

The park itself is great. The cabins need remolded in areas and deeper cleaning. Long hairs were on the shower walls. Dirt on the carpet in the lofts so clearly no vacuuming was done. Dead bugs on the window sills in the kitchen. Made us not want to stay in the cabins.
