Our family had a lot fun throughout our stay! I wish there were more opportunities to see the bears though. The splash pad was advertised as being open till 6pm but it was actaully open till 8. I wish that was advertised because we would have used it more.

This was our first trip to Jellystone Milton and we had an awesome time! The wet wagon rides, splash pad and pool were our favorites. The character interactions were top notch as well!

The employees did not seem to know the answers to basic questions every time I asked. The air conditioning was not usable in the cabin because it had not been maintained or cleaned. It was blowing out back substance when used, possibly mold.

Arrived early but wasn’t allowed to check in until exactly 4pm. Need to soften your stance on check in if the rooms are ready like any other hotel or resort.Found an artificial fingernail on the toothbrush holder, which means the room wasn’t cleaned by staff. The firewood ban is overkill. The spotted lantern fly is across the entire state already. If it wasn’t for the splash pad, we wouldn’t come back.

Staff AMAZING and very accommodating. Cabin/ wagon could be a little cleaner mostly just stains and flies galore but definitely didn’t ruin the trip. Need more boo boo slippers and meet the bear events! Sold out before got one!

Kids had an amazing time. Plenty of activities to do, even for a full week. However, similar to other reviews, the power seems to go out frequently limiting access to activities, splash pad, and other amenities.

Unfortunately during our stay. Local main electric lines were being put in or already placed. They were having trouble and for hours the first day and hours the second day. There was no electricity, meaning the pool and the splash area was closed and most activities were canceled. The kids were able to enjoy old fashion camping, however I specifically paid the extra money and drove the extra time to enjoy the amenities of Jelly Stone. We had a tent site, T8. A storm came through with very heavy rain fall. T8 is along a hill with a drain coming from the hill and pointing right at the tent site. Im guessing under normal circumstances that is fine. With the extra heavy rain, our while tent was flooded from the amount of water coming from the drain. We lost lots of electronics and everything we had was soaked beyond just hanging out to dry. I understand none of this was directly caused by Jellystone itself and the staff was more than accommodating as they were also struggling to keep everyone happy and solve their own issues caused by the outage. Unfortunately with that drain pipe pointing at our tent site. We had no choice but to leave and forfeit our second night. So we only used one of our two nights and we were very limited on being able to use any amenities at all.
