The power was out frequently and we could not use any amenities we are paying a resort fee for. The bathrooms were also not usable due to power outages.

There was 7 of us in total 2 of which were my grandsons we visited from 06/04-06/07. Check in was smooth and easy, on 6/4 we lost power from 4:30-8:30 During this time there were none of the planned activities, the pool and splash pad were not able to be used, only could pay cash in the store which I did not have so was unable to make purchases. 06/05 power was out again for 3 hours same thing no activities, no use of the pool or splash pad purchase made in store as I had cash now but couldn’t get any receipt so that my purchases could be put into my yogi rewards. 06/06 power went out at 4:30pm and when we left on 06/07 at 10:30am there was still no power. Again no activities took place no use of the splash pad or pool. I paid for visits from the characters one of those visits was for the morning of 06/07 and was supposed to get donuts, the visits to me were not worth the money they lasted all of 3 minutes and we did not receive the donuts on the morning of 06/07. With all that we lost out on with the power outages I inquired in a possible partial refund or credit and was told there would be nothing offered/given

Every staff member was wonderful. I have been telling everyone how friendly everyone was. When we were getting ready to leave we noticed we had a nail in the tire the maintenance guy helped us out and my son was able to make it home in time for his baseball camp. We will definitely be booking an other stay.

I love Jellystone we have been 3 times and will be back but I was a bit disappointed in some of our trip. Friday when we arrived they had no power . Certainly not there fault but couldn’t use the splash pad for a while. Then Saturday had a huge storm knocking out the power for the rest of our stay. Totally not there fault but I wish other activities would have been offered to ease the frustration. We even had to ask someone to open the playground area that day. Certainly not your fault but I wish some other things could have been offered to help ease that so much wasn’t open.

Our kids had a blast! Power went out a few times but the staff handled it with patience and compassion. Tabatha took care of anyone who reached out. We will be back!!!

Lost power 3 times, once for 21 hours. Dust from the road is crazy. Kids on e bikes and e scooters is out of control, no helmets no speed control.

Because of weather we did not have electricity, WiFi and water since 4:00 pm Saturday to 11:00 am Sunday, the pool, splash and trampoline were closed. Restrooms were in terrible condition nobody worry to clean them.

We had a great time! The family loved the variety of activities for kids, fishing, the splash pad. My only complaint is that the power went out each day we were there camping - when it is 90 degrees outside it is really inconvenient to not have AC. Not to mention, we were unable to stay at the splash pad without power.
