We had a great time. The campground was perfect for our kids with lots of activities. They loved the water park!However, our cabin was quite dirty for the cost. There were spiderwebs everywhere, the loft sheets were not clean with many stains and dead bugs. Many of the upper ledges had weeks to months worth of dust on them.

The staff from the front desk to all other areas is exceptional. When the power went out they went out of their way to make sure campers had ice to cool off since the temperature was blazing. The showers were perfect, clean, good size, and easy to locate. I will be back, hopefully this fall when it cools off!

Had a great time . We have been coming for years. Enjoy the splash pad ( wish it stayed open later ) and the pool. Also love the wet wagon ride , and candy bar bingo

Would have been nice if we didn’t lose power 3 x’s and have no air in 100 degree weather! Then didn’t have no tv until the night before! YOU NEED TO GET THE FOUNTAIN BACK IN THE CENTER OF THE POND!

Kids had a fantastic stay! Loved the pool and splash pad! All the Park Rangers were friendly and helpful! Stayed in a covered wagon and it was so clean and comfortable.(Suggestion for shower floor in W2. Very slippery. Could use some grippers to prevent falls.)

Most activities were not on time or the staff was not prepared. One of the days we were there, part of the day we had no power which meant the splash pad was shut down, the pole was closed, nothing was open, and all activities were paused.

The water attractions are wonderful and the activities are done by workers that show EXCELLENT enthusiasm.

We were camping with our children and grandchildren. We had 2 camper sites and 1 cabin. The rv sites we had were nice, long enough for our 35 foot trailer. The waterpark was fun, we were only able to use it one day, on a Sunday because of weather. Sunday was great as many people had left so it wasn’t overcrowded!!We were able to get chairs and umbrella table. The cabin and bathrooms were not that clean. During weekends or holidays the bathrooms need to be cleaned 2 x a day. They were gross and smelled by afternoon.The biggest complaint I have is all communication and activities are on an app. They push you to load the app, signs everywhere but the wifi could not be connected to on the weekend and we could barely get data. It poured on Saturday, I went to ranger station to see if they had brochure or copies of lists of activities or if they had higher level wifi to pay for. All they said was it is on a board in rec hall and the webpage says service is spotty!!!Ok - then don’t have all communication through an app!!! The app was also supposed to send out weather warnings.The activities in rec hall were boring. We had 3, 9 and 16 year old- they went up there once for coloring and cartoons and the screen was so small no one could see it.The line for the wagon rides were super long!! We got in line at 6:30 and didn’t get on until7:15. This was similar for all wagon rides.On Sunday morning the bear only rode on it 2x my grandson was in 3rd ride and no bear.The pool was clean. It would be nicer if heated, it was cold after the rain.The store is huge and a nice variety of items- toys were way over priced!!Clothing prices were averageThe big playground was awesome! we recommend camping by that if you have children. We were near a tiny one that wasn’t good.The climbing structure was fun! The 3 year old loved it!The biggest disappointment was the lack of being able to use app or do any searches!! Don’t advertise free wifi that doesn’t work ( it was better on monday when park was emptier)Bathroom and cabin cleanliness

Have been coming here for many years over the 4th. This is the first year we’ve had an unpleasant experience with a staff member. Ted was less than personable and has left us questioning if we should ever return, supporting his salary.
