The employees did not seem to know the answers to basic questions every time I asked. The air conditioning was not usable in the cabin because it had not been maintained or cleaned. It was blowing out back substance when used, possibly mold.

Arrived early but wasn’t allowed to check in until exactly 4pm. Need to soften your stance on check in if the rooms are ready like any other hotel or resort.Found an artificial fingernail on the toothbrush holder, which means the room wasn’t cleaned by staff. The firewood ban is overkill. The spotted lantern fly is across the entire state already. If it wasn’t for the splash pad, we wouldn’t come back.

Staff AMAZING and very accommodating. Cabin/ wagon could be a little cleaner mostly just stains and flies galore but definitely didn’t ruin the trip. Need more boo boo slippers and meet the bear events! Sold out before got one!

Kids had an amazing time. Plenty of activities to do, even for a full week. However, similar to other reviews, the power seems to go out frequently limiting access to activities, splash pad, and other amenities.

Unfortunately during our stay. Local main electric lines were being put in or already placed. They were having trouble and for hours the first day and hours the second day. There was no electricity, meaning the pool and the splash area was closed and most activities were canceled. The kids were able to enjoy old fashion camping, however I specifically paid the extra money and drove the extra time to enjoy the amenities of Jelly Stone. We had a tent site, T8. A storm came through with very heavy rain fall. T8 is along a hill with a drain coming from the hill and pointing right at the tent site. Im guessing under normal circumstances that is fine. With the extra heavy rain, our while tent was flooded from the amount of water coming from the drain. We lost lots of electronics and everything we had was soaked beyond just hanging out to dry. I understand none of this was directly caused by Jellystone itself and the staff was more than accommodating as they were also struggling to keep everyone happy and solve their own issues caused by the outage. Unfortunately with that drain pipe pointing at our tent site. We had no choice but to leave and forfeit our second night. So we only used one of our two nights and we were very limited on being able to use any amenities at all.

The power was out frequently and we could not use any amenities we are paying a resort fee for. The bathrooms were also not usable due to power outages.

There was 7 of us in total 2 of which were my grandsons we visited from 06/04-06/07. Check in was smooth and easy, on 6/4 we lost power from 4:30-8:30 During this time there were none of the planned activities, the pool and splash pad were not able to be used, only could pay cash in the store which I did not have so was unable to make purchases. 06/05 power was out again for 3 hours same thing no activities, no use of the pool or splash pad purchase made in store as I had cash now but couldn’t get any receipt so that my purchases could be put into my yogi rewards. 06/06 power went out at 4:30pm and when we left on 06/07 at 10:30am there was still no power. Again no activities took place no use of the splash pad or pool. I paid for visits from the characters one of those visits was for the morning of 06/07 and was supposed to get donuts, the visits to me were not worth the money they lasted all of 3 minutes and we did not receive the donuts on the morning of 06/07. With all that we lost out on with the power outages I inquired in a possible partial refund or credit and was told there would be nothing offered/given

Every staff member was wonderful. I have been telling everyone how friendly everyone was. When we were getting ready to leave we noticed we had a nail in the tire the maintenance guy helped us out and my son was able to make it home in time for his baseball camp. We will definitely be booking an other stay.

I love Jellystone we have been 3 times and will be back but I was a bit disappointed in some of our trip. Friday when we arrived they had no power . Certainly not there fault but couldn’t use the splash pad for a while. Then Saturday had a huge storm knocking out the power for the rest of our stay. Totally not there fault but I wish other activities would have been offered to ease the frustration. We even had to ask someone to open the playground area that day. Certainly not your fault but I wish some other things could have been offered to help ease that so much wasn’t open.
