Friendly engaged staff!!

July 4th weekend. 100 degrees outside. Lost power for two hours in the middle of the day. No outside firewood allowed. Only campground Iv ever been to that won’t allow you to bring wood from within state. Also upcharged $81 on arrival for three kids 6 and under to use pools and splash pad. Lastly tried to use honeywagon service for Saturday afternoon. Went to the office at noon on Saturday and Was told that it has to be scheduled the day before. And they could do it Sunday. Park was nice but feel like it could be run better.

Our family had a wonderful time. We really enjoyed the pool and waterpark and appreciated the clean bathrooms/showers.

Cabin was dirty and not well-maintained. Cobwebs everywhere, stained comforter, mold, loose door knobs. Communication was horrible. Power outage during a dangerous heatwave and no communication whatsoever regarding outage. Activities did not begin on time and locations noted in app were incorrect.

We love the covered wagon; it is our go-to whenever we visit. My only comment would be that the towels are in need of replacement. Every year, they look grey when they should be white. We barely even use them and just bring our own, which defeats the purpose. They do not look inviting.

Other than the site next to us on site 16 and 15 with their music blasting till midnight everyday. It wasn't a bad experience. Pool and the splash pad was a big hit. The water wagon ride always fun. Staff always friends and polite.

It was our first visit and we all had a blast! There is so much to do between activities and water play, you can never be bored.

My wife, kids, and I really enjoyed our stay! Even though it was extremely hot the first few days, we were able to stay cool and have a great time at the splash pad and pool.Our son especially loved the glow parade. He had so much fun riding his e-bike with the parade, and it was great that everyone was welcome to join in or simply enjoy watching.We almost left a night early because rain was in the forecast, but our daughter didn't want to leave, so we decided to stay and finish packing up in the rain. Looking back, we're so glad we did. The park activities, the family memories, and the overall experience made it well worth staying despite the weather.First and foremost, we thank God for blessing us with such a wonderful family getaway. We also want to thank the park coordinators and staff for all their hard work in making our stay enjoyable. We look forward to visiting again!

Things are fine at Parque Rodó, but the office is a total disaster. I made a reservation for two people; without even asking for ID, the person—in their "wisdom"—processed my points as a refund and gave them away, without verifying if the recipient was actually the account holder. They are very unprofessional.

We tried getting a golf cart numerous times and they kept saying they weren’t sure how many were rented and to come back later. I even called the call center who told me they had some available. Wendy was very rude and unhelpful.
