Very disappointing. We were there for 3 days and 2 nights. Power went out both days. On the second day was out for over 18 hours due to a storm. Although nearby areas had power. Most disappointing was that no staff walked around to check in on the campers offering lights, cold water, wood for a fire. We paid a lot of money to have a cabin with the works and unfortunately didn’t experience it.

When we arrived, the campground was without power, but there weren't any storms at the time. Power came back on, Friday and during the day Saturday was fine until 430 Saturday. A storm hit Saturday, which isn't the campgrounds fault, but within a minute, power was out and so was water. We can deal without power, but even the bath house didn't have a backup source of water. Toilets were all clogged and nobody had water. When I asked about the water, the girl at the store stared at me and shook her head yes and no without a clue to what was going on. We went all of Saturday night without power or water and left very early Sunday morning without any answers. There should be an emergency back up to water for at least a bath house with communication to campers. Pool and splash pad were both shut down after the storm. I requested a refund and haven't heard back yet, it was a terrible weekend.Besides the unfortunate events, pull through sites at the top are very close to each other, we didnt have very much space. Pool was busy when it was open, the splash pad was nice. We didn't get to experience full amenities due to the power outages, so I cant comment on all of them. After the storm, nothing opened back up and our kids spent the entire time at a park (which they could do at any regular campground at a regular price).

We were there from Wednesday afternoon through Sunday morning. We lost power Thursday and Friday with high heat, unable to use the pool or water park amenities to cool off. Saturday, a large storm went through and all power / water was lost from 5pm and not sure when it turned on as we left at 11am.This is not the first time power has been lost. But three days in a row (with loss of amenities that we pay for) seems significant. No one reached out. No one offered a voucher or money back for lost services.Overall, we do appreciate our time at Jellystone, but frustrated with lack of communication and offering of reimbursement for services lost.

Every single day we were there we had a power outage! The last night the power went out at dinner time and still wasn’t back on the next morning!! So frustrating to pay for a cabin with a fridge and air conditioning but yet my cabin and fridge repeatedly was getting warm and the risk to my food spoiling was terrible. I’m canceling my stay I had planned for July because of this terrible experience. I should get some money refunded for this trip. I’ve taken my kids every summer for the past 5 years to the yogi bear in mill run Pa and that one was a much better experience

Not satisfied at all.First when we arrived there was no electricity at 90F!Pool was dirty. On our 2nd day also was no electricity and water!Of course pool wasn't working again. The restrooms were absolutely disgusting.Stuff should communicate with customer about water shut off so we can load some into RV.Will not be back

Unfortunately, the power issues at the camp were the reason for such a low score. Over the course of three days, power was lost on all three days and our last day at the site we left early because power had been lost the prior afternoon and was still off when we awoke. Also, the bathrooms were abhorrent. Of the three available bathrooms out of four, one door would not lock and the other had human feces in the corner of the room that was then spread on the wall.

I was unhappy with my stay. The ladies in the front office all told me and other costumers different information. The one staff member she was older acted like she knew everything, One day I went into the store to look around and she watched me and when I went over to the refrigerated side she kept telling me where check out was. I told her I was still shopping and the look she gave me. She also gave me my golf cart. And told me the Incorrect Information on the battery level and my cart died. Maintance Informed me she had given the wrong I formation. Couldn’t even charge my cart because we were out of power the whole night. Due to the weather but then we also had four other power outages the day before not due to weather. So no Power no cart, and a lot of disappointment with the kids. We have another stay but I highly doubt we will be returning in the future. The kids always loved jelly stone but every year there something. I understand there not much that can be done with weather but it just feel like a hot mess there. There was on older gentlemen that drove the wagon. I seen him a lot he was nice and kind. And the two Maintance men were very helpful.

We stayed from 06/04/2026-06/07/2026 paid for full hook up service for our camper. We planned this trip with family and centered our visit around our 2 grandsons. Each day there was a power outage. 06/04/2026 no power from 4pm-8pm, 06/05/2026 no power for 3 hours approximately 5:30pm-8:30pm, 06/06/2026 no power from around 4:30pm on, there was still no power at 10:30 am on 06/07/2026 when we departed. During the power outages we were not able to utilize the pool and splash pad. Was told there would be no refunds, credits etc offered, Could only pay cash at the store due to no back up generators. Due to having to pay cash only no receipts were provided therefore money spent couldn’t and won’t be added to the rewards. Paid for a special visit from yogi bear with donuts for 06/07/2026 got the visit that lasted 3 minutes but was not provided the donuts. Again was told there would be no refunds credits etc. while the park is nice and the staff is pleasant our experience was less then greatful and fun due to the issues
