We had a wonderful time even though we lost electric from the crazy weather. No complaints…see you next year! Lots of activities for everyone. I give you a 10 for excellent!

Poor communication on power outage, lots of thing that needed fixing, was almost backed into by a staff member on a golf cart, myself and granddaughter who was one was on my bike. Kids were left to fly around park on electric bikes, speed was not enforced through out the park, children were left to drive golf carts, store opened late

We came with a group of people. We had rented four cabins and someone was there with a camper. Your park is very beautiful, but I felt it was very closed in. Could have been because we were there on a holiday weekend and it was very full. Your maintenance people are excellent. We had issues with our toilet and it was fixed immediately. Anytime we needed supplies housekeeping was there immediately. My only issue was that we had to actually physically go to the store and request both of these. We tried calling the main number and always got the answering machine and they never called back. Also, we had the handicap cabin and it could have used something to hold the soap in the shower. Also your activities and check-in people really didn’t know a lot about the Funtime pass for the kids. They just need to be more informed of what’s going on and what is included in the pass. The store would send us to the activity center and then the activity center would say we have to go to the store But we all had a great time.

WiFi doesn’t work well and splash pad closes too early staff is great !! Need more fish in the pond !!

Park was clean and workers were friendly and helpful. Prices were ridiculously high site lost power for hours on saturday in the 100 degree heat and no refund was given.

We love jellystone! This was our second year booking the same site and we love it! We even had some friends book a site and a cabin during the same week to stay with us this time. Although we really wish the splash pad was open as late as the pool because it can get very crowded, it’s always a great time!

Staff was very friendly and the park is kid friendly with a lot of activities to do. Everything is close by so it doesn't require a lot of walking. Definitely planning on returning next year.
