It was a bad experience. We arrived Thursday June 4th stayed there till Sunday June 7th. While me and 4 other family members came with there campers and experience the same problem. We lost power 3 nights in a row. No Generator back up to run bathrooms or pool pumps..we should of been able to use pools to keep COOL and the WATER PARK TO KEEP COOL. IT WASA VERY HOT WEEKEND. Yes it might of not been camping related that they lost power but they need BIG GENERATORS TO RUN THE CAMPGROUND. I WAS HOPING FOR SOME KIND OF "REFUND". For my family and the 4 families with me.

The electricity was unreliable leading to us departing early from the camp.

Very disappointed with our experience. First issue was the state of the cabin we rented... The amount of dead stinkbugs and flies all throughout the cabin was disgusting. Up in the sleeping loft, where our 4 year old and 6 year old were really excited to sleep, there were dead bugs and cobwebs everywhere. Our cabin had two window air conditioning units, that weren't properly sealed in the windows, allowing the hot air and pests in. The screened in porch had massive holes in the screen, defeating the purpose of what it was intended to do. Then there were the power issues. The power went out every day we were there, which causes a major issue when you are relying on the stove and microwave in your cabin to feed your family. Also, while the power is out, the pool, splash pad, and jumping pad are closed, so all the things the kids are excited about, they weren't able to use. We ended up booking a hotel at the Fairfield Inn that was about 10 mins away, and slept in the hotel, then came back to the camp ground for the kids to play (when there was power). Overall, very disappointed with our experience.

Even with several power outages during our stay, the staff was extremely helpful and handled the situation appropriately, while still maintaining the family friendly and personal atmosphere we love about the Milton JellyStone park!

While we were there, the power was out each day for over 4 hours.. the last day the power was out for 12 hours straight. Not being able to use the pools, couldn’t do any activities for the kids, nor were we able to buy anything and charge it to our site. This was our second time coming and it was not great as the first time.

With the multiple power outages during our stay it was extremely disappointing. We understand that it is out of the parks control, the money we spent to enjoy the amenities and multiple activities pre planned was upsetting. We signed up and paid for a donut delivery from the bears which never happened. Found a ranger and he paged the activities center and they stated they took yogi around to the sites that were signed up (which we didn't receive a visit), I had two disappointed girls. Went to ask about the situation and no one was available. So we packed up and left.

Everything was good except for the power going out multiple times. I hope the campground tries to work with the utility to get issues straightened out.On site staff was always helpful.

The campground was out of power more then it had power during our weekend stay. We did not get to participate in many activities. We had no water, power, pool. Even the main camp store and bathrooms were out of use.
