Ok park. Could use some updates. Would not recommend to others

My first time camping in a tent with my 9 yr old grandson. The area was ideal with pool, water park, store and restrooms within 50 yards. We had a great time despite the heat. Staff were very helpful and friendly. When our campsite neighbors found out we didn't have a canopy they brought one of theirs over for us to use. I highly reccomend coming here. Hope to be back next year

We had a wonderful vacation. Everything was very well managed and the kids had a lot of fun in the waterpark .

Waterpark was great but everything else was awful..our site was a mess, barely any indication it was an RV site. Dog poop all over which my children kept stepping in. Child also cut hand on rusty sharp fire pit ring just tossed on ground. Park crew and other campers kept cutting through our site which upset our dogs. So bad we left a day early. By far worst Jellystone resort we have been to and we have been to a lot.

We love it here. It’s our favorite annual family trip. The staff and management are very responsive and accommodating.

This was my first experience at a campground. We liked the location of our three cabins. My cabin had a funny smell that the other 2 cabins did not. Loved that it was air conditioned. We thought that the pool and splash pad were great. Disappointed that the snack bar was closed on Mon and Tues. Thought some of the activities were just so-so.

Ive been coming to jellystone for 3 generations of kids...mine, my grandkids, now my great grandson...always have enjoyed it . We e seen many changes and look forward to each.

The staff, especially the younger employees, were very kind and helpful!We appreciate all the activities offered, but wished the canceled ones would have been rescheduled. Missing the foam party bummed out our kids who would have been absolutely fine doing it in the drizzling rain (the reason it was canceled).Our cabins loft carpet needed a serious cleaning as well as corners of our windows and on top of the cabinets where there was a lot of dust, pet hair and cob webs.Overall, we had a wonderful time!

The experience was fine overall. There were issues with some of the laundry machines being out of order and general lack of upkeep on some of the playground equipment, but overall not bad. Nothing to do with the park, but the lack of parents being present with their kids at the splash pad was alarming.
