While the park is very nice and the staff is pleasant we lost power on 6/04/2026 for 4 hours, lost power on 6/05/2026 for 3 hours, lost power on 06/06/2027 at 4:30 pm the power still was not on when we left on 06/07/2026 at 10:30am. We were told there would be no reimbursement no credit nothing. We couldn’t take advantage of the pool or splash pad during the power outages, also was only able to pay cash at the store, no receipts provide for store purchases to be able to add to the yogi rewards. I paid for a special visit with donuts from yogi for 06/07/2026, got the 3 minute visit however there was no donuts due to the power outage again was told no refund no nothing.

Lost power for hours all 3 days. Last day lost power from 5pm and never came back on the next day. Not sure when it came back because we left. Other then that I would have given 5 starts

Amenities and activities are great for kids but the campgrounds lost power and it was dealt with poorly by staff I have been calling to get a refund for bears on the prowl and no response

Power was out several times. Activities where very short staff and not well planned out . One staff member was completely rude .

Power went out 4:30 pm and not to return till the next night at 11 pm. No refunds. Couldn’t stay in the warm wagon. Not good experience

We loved our experience until the power went out and we couldn't fully experience the Waterpark or pool. I feel there should have been some kind of reimbursement given it happened three nights we were there.

Your excellent Maintenance employee Ted helped me add air to the tire of my motor Coach. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

Loved our campsite! We felt that both staff and guests (especially children) drove golf carts too fast and created excessive dust. We appreciate how clean you keep the campground.0

Nice little place cabin was very clean and nice. Had a great time.
