Clean place. Cabin could us a little updating. Our floor had holes in places and was lifting up.

We had a good experience, staff were friendly and helpful. The kids enjoyed the activities provided.

We arrived for check in at 4pm on Sunday. We were interested in a golf cart rental. We were informed there is a 2 day minimum and it was $75/day. I asked the clerk if there was a discounted rate available for that day since it was so late in the day. I didn't feel it was fair to pay $75 for a few hours of use. For the next day (Monday) I had no problem paying the $75 because we would be using it all day. This particular employee was very kind yet informed me that she was new and she didn't think a discounted rate was an option. She told me the assistant manager, Katie, was out delivering wood and she would ask her and call me to let me know either way. We never received a call. My husband inquired the next day about a rental and was again told there was a 2 day minimum which we didn't feel like was a fair deal because we would be leaving at 9am Tuesday so we'd pay $75 for no use on Tuesday. There was at least 25 golf carts sitting there at the office during our stay. Missed income if you ask me. There shouldn't be a 2 day minimum.

Very nice facilities. We were suprised to be able to see all the classic cars. That was fun. One suggestion: Make it easier to know where and when all the activities are. Maybe a daily schedule online. We are hoping the firewood rules change soon. We love your park! The people are really sweet!

Crazy expensive for what it is

We were a bit disappointed in the activities and the atmosphere. The cabins were run down and dirty.It seemed like every activity we had to pay for or they were shut down. We used to go up many years ago and it was so nice. Now it seems to be run down and the same 4 activities. The staff at first were nice but toward the end the manager was very hostile towards us. It has definitely died down and there was almost none there for our kids to make friends and memories with like they used too. We ended up leaving a day early and went home. Definitely sad.

The weather wasn’t the warmest which we understand and also not having some activities because of that. But if you could mark cancelled on the activities that would be very nice. Then we know how to redirect the kids.

They said we couldn't bring our own golf cart but that we could rent one that is very sad and the seasonal people had there own what is up with that?

First time camping experience was great! We stayed in a cindy bear cabin. It was very clean and nice! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The water park, pool and activities were great for our kids. We will be back.

Really enjoyed our first time there. Lots of activities and things to do . Property kept nice. Staff very friendly. Only downside was being charged per person after already paying for campsite.
